this is one of the best hotel in Srinagar if i visit once again to Kashmir i will definitely stay here everything is good here and also service was good as well as service boys have good  manners...
  i suggest you this hotel is best for stay in Srinagar...

he overall hotel was very classy and comfortable at the same time. The room was extra spacious as well as the services was good as well. And we ordered In-Room-Dining which was pretty reasonable and delicious.

All the staff and the services are v. good and the hotel serves food in their Restaurant in which many cuisines are served loved to stay.,.,.,.,.,.,.,,.,.services are v.good i stayed for 6 days and had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this to stayin .......

Very good hotel at budget prices with best food and the location is very close to dal lake, Specially the owner Mr Rizwan and the manager was very helpful if you ask them for any guidance on your trip

After 2014 I'm the second time in this Hotel. This time for 5 nights. I got a warm welcome by  the Owner and the staff.  The room was spacious and well equipped. LCD Tv is available in all rooms. Bathroom is nice and clean and warm water around the clock available. The best is that you are close to the Dal lake and the city.

We ask for complimentary drinking water and he said we will provide jug to you in a very rude way. The staff is so bad to use. Very very badddd nd very bad experience don’t book your book from them this is my personal advice

poor service without proper management never visit this hotel after calling them again and again you have to wait for long time if you want tea their way of taking with gust is not good avoid this hotel you will get good enough hotels also their
