Had an amazing experience at snow palace hotel in srinagar , the staff over there are very polite and helpful, the service is top notch , they wont make you wait for long for any issue. We got the hot water 24/7 and the rooms were very warm and cozy . The best part was food, you will not feel that you are away from home. They serve variety of food options for vegetarians as well as for non vegetarians. I would love to appreciate all the staff working at snow palace who made our stay wonderful.
