Staff was always very helpfull and ready to recommend best places to see around area. We had a beach house with beautiful sea view. Guys from restaurant always very nice and polite. We had a "Goa'n Night" in the restaurant, it was lovelly as we had a chance to experience local culture. Food in the restaurant was great and always fresh (good value). Rooms were simple but very clean, the best part was bathroom with no roof :). Definetely worth staying. Lepard Valley - highly recommend if U want to have some fun. Stayed November 2013

I booked this place last minute through expedia.  When i arrived i checked in to the beach huts and was everything i needed.  Basic, but great.  Had own bathroom, etc.  About 5 metres to the beach and a great italian restaurant down the road. I would love to come back to this part of Goa.

We had hired a beach bed from them and this time did not get a chance to spend a night in their room but we did spend the whole day on their beach bed. We were so impressed by the atmosphere and the food and the behavior of the staff that we will definitely spend few nights there on our next visit. Even jtheir veg food is out of this world as is the coffee.Though I don't think the huts have a tv inside, but they are very very inviting since they are bang on the beach. Will see you soon folks!

If in Goa, I prefer to stay right on the beach- Beach facing huts. Teena just fits  the description.The bathrooms are big and neat.
They have some huts facing the beach and others inside. We got one facing the beach and it was reasonably priced due to early December time. You might find most of the staff to be unsmiling but they do the required job! The Indian food that we tried tasted pretty well and carrot-orange juice was a good try as well.

The music could be better- some Bob Marley and The staff should be more strict in the way guests behave in the resort. We had an experience of a group of men which were very loud and partied till late spoiling the serenity of the place.

Overall a lovely place to enjoy the beach!

The best food i had in a shack restaurant

Exactly what we wanted, right on the beach.

Beach life

The property is situated right on the beach with a beautiful view. But the cottage and the bathrooms were a let down. The rooms did not have blankets and we had to ask the staff for them. They have big and open bathrooms, but the walls had cracks and holes in them. The floor was not clean; the toilet seat was dirty and unusable.
The food was tasty. The premises were clean.
