Kitchen and Dinning area are not clean. Rooms are terrible with no AC running capacity in day time. Based on the review I booked this hotel, but completely disappointed.

Me and my friend with our spouse and kids stayed in Hitide resirt for 3 Nights. Right from check in process to room readiness, car parking, food and room ambience everything was just excellent. Rooms are very clean, resort is beach facing... we enjoyed our breakfast in a swa facing restaurants within the resort. Room servie and entire hospitality of the staff is just superb... we really had a comfortable and wonderful experience in Hitide resort

We were so happy with friendly service of VJ who made us feel welcome and accommodated our wishes on food. Everything was so delicious. Amazing place! We recommend to everyone and VJ is the best! Try their fresh seafood!

We visited this restaurant during early part of the tourist season I.e, october.
This restaurant is at beach side with an excellent view of the sea and quality food to compliment the friendly staff.The staff is helpful on the personal front, which feels homely here.
we had dinner and the breakfast here, the meals were cooked/served really well with special mention to the fresh fruit juices in their menu.

I booked a delux room for two weeks on their website, paying by credit card, a few minutes after my india stay and the hotel didn't confirm, the booking took place from January 23, 2018 to February 3, 2018. but I was surprised to find that the hotel is another and not hi tide, the gold answered that the delux rooms are in an area compared to palolem beach, an hour after the booking they added that the money paid by credit card would have been lost.. so be careful to book on their website... it's not well explained the facilities where they are..

I've been staying at the Hi Tide for the past three years now and cannot fault it. 

The staff and so friendly and remembered me after my first visit. No request is too small. I broke my iphone charger once and one of the staff ran into eh local town to buy a new one for me. It was waiting for me when i got back forma day of sitting on the beach.

Food is great and the coco huts are perfect for that beach holiday vibe

My friends and I didn't sleep, but during the day we came here to spend a few hours in the sun we ordered drinks then even for lunch there are comfortable beds that you can use without problems... the prices of drinking and lunch are very good, the atmosphere very social and friendly the huts that the gold rent are in a good position, from the outside they are beautiful but I can't say anything else not having slept here

Perfect for relaxing and eating

The location of the property is amazing, the cottages were right at the beach, the food at the restaurant was also very nice.
It was a wholesome vacation where one did not need to exert a lot to enjoy themselves.
The staff was very helpful and kind and the owner was very warm and helpful.
Even though we were a huge group she coordinated all our bookings and changes without any hassles.
Cant wait to be back again!

Hi this madhav from ap i have been here for one weak i am a bussiness man most of the time i use to stay outside of my home town this is the first hotel(ample suits) where i satisfied since six years i have been using the hotels since that this is the best one to make me comfortable in alla the manner to stay and i am very happy with all the staff those who served to me for my comfortable stay

Wellness

The cabins were still under construction. We only used the sunbeds and the restaurant. The service leaves no wishes open. The team took great care of us! The restaurant has a very high standard and offers seafood and Indian cuisine treats. The sanitation facilities were well maintained. EVERY TIME!
