What a beautiful place to stay in Shirdi, Dilip Bhau was exceptional, food was amazing, this is the second time I stayed here and will stay in future too. They make you feel at home. I highly recommend this place in Shirdi.

We went here for dinner and got good Maharashtrian food. We tasted pithla and bakhri which was quite authentic and yummy. Spl thanks to Mr. Ravi who explained to us about the recipes and served us well.

Great hospitality excellent management, Awesome food Above all the Owner of hotel got us New year Darshan VVIP  in Ten minutes with special escort at TOP  peak hour. While we were 6 pax plus year old 2 kids . Unforgettable and life long memorable experience. We Got special blessings for rest of our lives. Thanks to Babaji .Om Sai Ram.

This hotel is one of the best hotel in Shirdi. Staff here is amazingly friendly and courteous. Specially the owner Mr Dilip and the manager Mr Ranjan Pattanayak. I enjoyed every bit of my stay here. Hotel has nice in house restaurant. And they have a 24hrs vehicle which is for free pick up and drop between hotel and temple.

We booked 2 rooms in this hotel for one night. The rooms were pretty clean and spacious and very well maintained with modern amenities. Courteous staff and overall a pleasent stay.  They provide shuttle to temple also..

KB's Grand hotel is a really good option to stay at while visiting Shirdi. 

It is about 1.5 kms from the Sai Baba temple, and has ample car parking space. It is right beside Nisarga Cottage Resort, so you will encounter it before entering Shirdi itself. Since it is away from the hustle-bustle of the town, it is a peaceful place. In case you do not drive down to Shirdi in your own vehicle, then you'll have to rely on the hotel's pick-and-drop facility or travel around in an auto. 

The room itself is quite nice and cozy with ample closet space.  They provide towels and packaged water bottles. There is hot water available during the day as well as at night. So, its a good option to have a hot shower after a tiring day full of sight-seeing in and around Shirdi. 

There is room service available and at breakfast time, the reception will call you to remind you about having breakfast. The breakfast can be brought to your room as well. The breakfast usually has 3 options to choose from, which are available hot and as much as you can eat. 

The housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, reception desk are all prompt, courteous and very responsive. 

All in all, it's a very good option to stay at while in Shirdi, and we'll definitely be staying here again.

For sure among the best choice  in shirdi located at some  distance from temple but very  peaceful pic and drop is provided by the  hotel food staff cleanli ness top notch a class  very  caring  and considarate staff my special thanks to lady who  looks after kitchen sure to come back

Room: No proper lightning. We were staying in room# 304, it's a 4 bedded room. One part of the room had decent lightning, the other half did not. The room along with the bathroom looked shoddy and note maintained. Although there was ample light during the morning hours.

Food: Horrible. Has veg only options, but most of the items are not available. Whatever is available is prepared Southie style. Even if you order Dal Fry, it would be served with curry patta. The breakfast buffet (complementary) contains only South Indian cuisine, that too cold. We had ordered Dosa which was served cold! Twice in a row. Even the tea was cold. They won't let you bring food from outside, even if they did, this hotel is so far away your food would get cold while bringing it at the hotel. I have had complete veg options in Haridwar, but this was really horrible.

Staff: It looked like they had hired a bunch of robots as their staff. Everyone was going about their daily chores without smiling. Except there was this one guy who was at the restaurant.

Location: The hotels is way ahead of the actual Temple. And even though the staff will tell you that they would provide you free commute, we went to the Temple using that commute, but it left us while coming back. Even though we were standing at the designated place that the driver asked us to. And whatever happens, the Manager will tell you that you should have informed him, like we are standing in the middle of the street and we would wait to call you and send you another cab from the middle of nowhere to the Temple.

Opinion: You should steer clear of this hotel unless this is your last option. There are ample hotels available near the Temple within budget. When I booked this hotels they told me I should book it within a day else it was busy season and they might have to lend our room to other boarders, the reality was there was only 3-4 families staying there including us. If you book this hotel, never book your commute from them. We did, by mistake, and they charged us way more than anyone else. This was our first time in Shirdi so we didn't have any idea about the charges, but we found out later. If I am paying a hotel at the rate of a 3 star hotel, I would expect my stay to be at par with that, this was nowhere near that. As I said, my opinion is steer clear of this facility, and choose it only if you have exhausted all other options.

Wifi: There was no "high speed" WiFi at this facility. We were unable to use the WiFi from inside our room, so we had to use 4G data the whole time. This might not be much for a lot of people, but my point is why advertise something that you do not have.
