Very excellent place for visiting and travelling in the city
Suitable for family with children and for business purposes 
Staff was very polite and attentive 
Staff members helped us in our tour planning and the food was very excellent 

Loved the stay @shimla holiday inn. Great food,  Dazzling view from the balcony, budget hotel with spacious room, clean nd hygenic rooms,  All facilities were provided, food was too good.  Near to mall road at walkable distance,  Market is close to hotel. Grt experience 

It is an amazing place to enjoy with family as well as friends. At a good location with a great weather and a good crowd it helps one relax and enjoy. A must visit place for a vacation. The food was also fine here

Amazing stay

We had the semi-delux room at the beginning but it was really horrible. Then we switched to super delux room with view with extra charge. The room was nice. 
The hotel is at 4th floor and there is no lift. The room service was really horrible. I called the reception several time to provide us with the towel but no one came and I had to go to the reception to ask for it. 
The worst part is there is no room heating on the room. 

Super delux room was ok, service bad, no lift, no heating

Good food. Not too responsive staff. Slow service. Nice parking space. Good location. Below average rooms. Rooms are too costly as compared to the prices. There should be electric fans and electric kettles in every room.
