This hotel is the worst hotel in India. The managers are rude and the owner of this hotel has some affiliation with the church, so all that you get to hear the entire day are speeches given by pastors about angels and Jesus and the noise pollution is insane. The owners are shameless and they do not care even when you tell them the loud noise is causing disturbance. They create this disturbance in the whole locality. That's the worst part. The food had insects in it and the beds had bed bugs. Please don't waste money on this hotel. The owner Ohri should be punished severely for putting people through such nonsense after paying money. Shameful. Remove this hotel from Trip advisor. Only Christians must visit and attend their speeches. 

A hotel where Religious speeches are given everyday violating all noise pollution rules and the worst food in India. 

The only good thing is roms is value for money and front office is good but room service be carefull they do not understand menu terminologies . It was really shocking i am staying in room 218 ordering food as per the menu she is telling that not avaliable main course chinese and conti yesterday my room was not made and it was kept as it is when i returned at night i shouted and then they did the room

The worst Hotel in Hyderabad... Poor Guest handling and His Sr. Front office manager Mr. Yashovardhan is wearing an ego of 18 years experience rather than addressing issue of Guest...

Better to avoid staying here or use as the last option as no value for money.

Loved the food and it’s a reasonable cost with awesome taste. Compared to all the items over there ice cream taste is tasty 😋. Even they provide the snacks items like samosa,kachori etc, and salad taste is good

If you can book a place to stay from a Website at least you can expect it to be HYGENIC. Hotel Ohri's Basera looks a nice place to be in, the young staff is energtic but the rooms and washrooms are nightmare. You can see cockroaches crawling, traps at corner of room, dirty carpets to name a few. The Tray for Cups and tea sachets was dirty.The bath area, toilet, door and everything is EEEEKS. They should close down and renovate. The Hyderabad Sanitation department seems to be blind for this part of the city. Rooms on 4rth floor are a gift as the boiler makes huge noise in the morning from 4:30 destroying ur sleep. Pricing of the food is 5Star Quality Very Poor and Lacklusture. I cannot recommend this place to anyone till the management renovates the complete hotel. Very Sad.

MOST UNHYGENIC Hotel , Hope the Management wakes up

As the headline says - Disaster is the one word which will summarise my experience.  While check-in was given room without a bathroom gun. On complaining we were moved moved to another room.  Cleanliness is the last thing in their mind.  The phones are too old that you won’t be able to read the number and extension nos written on that. I was shocked when I was told that i have to tell them in advance for hot water.  Early morning you get up and tell them for hot water.  After wasting 10 to 15 buckets of water, it will slowly start coming (if at all it comes).  First day, it never came. It was criminal to waste so much of water and I am sure every occupant must be doing this. They also offered to send a plumber at 6.00 AM in the morning who never turned up.  Added to the misery, there was some marriage function in the hotel and we had loud music played till late night. Half of the electrical points and lights in the room was not functional. Electrician came for sight seeing and never returned to solve the problem.  If you ask for water, they won’t give it in a jug.  They bring water in empty used bisleri bottles (am not sure whether it is part of cost cutting). Though I had booked for 4 days, I had to check out after 2 days.   Won’t recommend this to anyone  Only thing which is good is the location.  That too many won’t like it as  the area is too congested and noisy.  Getting into the hotel and out is also a challenge due to the traffic. Didn’t have food there even though my package had complimentary breakfast - so no comments on food.  Yes.. all these miseries didn’t come cheap.  they charged around rs.4000/- per night and the facilities is not even worth Rs. 1,500/- as per my personal experience.

Disaster - 0ne word to summarise my experience

I've stayed at this Hotel during the late 90s and i was a little unsure as it is an old property and some of the reviews were not very positive...

I was in for a pleasant surprise when I checked in and found the room (415) well-maintained, the bathroom clean and the air-conditioning perfect. The bed linen was clean. 

The service was impeccable and whatever I ordered was delivered very quick. The coffee/tea sachets were constantly refilled. 

The staff at the reception were courteous and helpful. A special mention of Mr. Hussain. 

I'll be visiting Hyderabad every fortnight and I have decided that I'll be staying here only. I've also recommended the hotel to my others colleagues and the office is looking at a corporate tie-up for our visiting employees. 

Overall, a very satisfying stay.

What else you expect for a perfect dinner! A perfect food. A perfect company along with Live Gazals going around. A memorable experiences. Soothing ambiance.Though the service is little slow. The place also serve drinks. Veg as well as non veg food.

Its a fairly decent place for a comfortable stay. I stayed there for  a night and the place was nice, the restaurants were decent and the would also rate the food quality as fairly nice, The dinner quantity was quite large for a single person. The location is nice . decent price and for the price points the place is value for money
