Hotel is superb on jammu road .Staff is friendly and understand the customer need .I always stay in this hotel .wifi is always available. Hot water is also working .Hotel rooms are newly renovated .I likely stay. I am in fort floor .Budget friendly hotel in katra

Great hotel at a great price, very co-operative staff. Hotel is situated at the centre part of the city. Water is available day and night (hot water also). I recommend this hotel to every traveler for stay.

Lift inside the hotel .Reception area is good .I love to stay.I want some peaceful time so I book this hotel .Many rooms has balcony to see the market and outside  hills .Water is available day and night hot water also .every room has big bed and service of the staff is superb .I recommend this hotel to every traveler for stay .

Very good service of hotel rooms are also good in comparison to tariff they charge . Staff is also very supportive especially Mr. Mustaq Khan at reception always greet with smile and ready to help . Overall nice stay .

Hotel is superb and according in budget. Close to market and easy to find. Staff is helpful .I really like this place beacuse the service of the hotel is superb.Inside the hotel restaurant also .Food is delicious specially poor bhaji .This is my secound stay in this hotel 

hi,, i stayed here in august n my stay was thr is good ,, the front office staff here is really so good always smiling n ready to help,, help us to get online yatra slip with no cost,, the food here is good ,, the only improvement i can advice is they have to look thr cleaning staff,,  cleaning in rooms should be improoved. hotel location is near to bus stand ,, n they provide pick up n drop for banganga n railways station too.

Hotel is ok,service is also nice but don’t use other service by hotel staff like cab or tour and travel’s broker…they all are frod, Whatever car or hotel these people make, they tell you more money than the real price in any other wake and when you reach that place and you do not like that wake or it is different, seeing the photo of which you liked your hotel.  Then he argues with you.

I am again staying in this hotel and everything went smooth from check-in to room and view few things which disappointed me are one is the staff at front office.They are not pleasant at all.They are rude..Later on I have asked that one of the visitor will come and see me during visiting hours.They said it's not allowed.i said I am ready to give you all the ids and formalities that needs to be done I will do that.The other thing room need lot upgradation.

This is a decent hotel and staff is also good. Good rooms with TV, AC. View from the room takes you to have a look of Vaishnodevi mountain route, and at evening the beautiful lights on htat mountain adds to its beauty. Helpful manager.

Pathetic service...manager  is so rude ..I told him a/c is not working...he told me wait fro 15 mins if it's not work then...shift the hotel..we can't do anything....they gave us dirty room..after so any request they clean our room..as per them cleaning staff is not in hotel it us to come from outside.... pathetic hotel..plz no one should visit this hotel...
