I stayed here for the first time some years back, and still when i go to Rourkela for work I stay here,rooms are renovated,food is good,location is good,station is nearby,prices are economical.overall i keep coming back for a better stay.

AVERAGE

As other reviews suggest, the rooms are renovated. Personally, nothing great but if your budget is quite tight, then I would recommend this! Decent rooms - more like a lodging though and the location is good too

Good for the pockets!

Well I wouldn’t call it a great experience,but overall had a fairly average experience.Rooms are good but not as you find in the hotels,its equivalent to that of a Lodge.Staffs were not so supportive and also the management lacks in Maintaining the hotel.

Decent & Affordable

The hotel is located at a good location at close proximity to all the important places. The rooms are big enough and most importantly very much within my budget. The food offered was average but if you step outside, there are a lot of options around

Good enough

The worst kind of staff 
service I have ever seen and a very unpleasant stay. The hotel staff denied me to change the dirty bedsheets as I was about to check-out that day. She started complaining that bedsheets wouldn't dry because of humid climate and started picking a fight over that.
