Excellent Property in the heart of Roorkee, Near IIT all the best amenities available in hotel like Multi Cuisine Restaurant, Banquet cum conference hall , Spacious Rooms with state of art infrastructure, booking with MAP plan available.

This is one of the 'high end' hotels in Roorkee with all three star amenities at  the centre of Roorkee.The rooms are spacious and bright.The toilet was clean and the shower was working well.The breakfast menu has a few good choices.The staff is also polite.The only issue was a damp smell which prevailed when it was raining outside.
Though on the expensive side,the hotel is a good place to stay.

Booked this place as this was close to IIT, where I had to visit for a couple of days. I found the hotel quite clean and well maintained. The rooms are small, but adequate for a comfortable stay. The onsite restaurant is pretty good; the quality of the food served is excellent. Go for the Indian menu - it's awesome. I had booked a room with breakfast included.  They do not have a buffet breakfast; instead they have a breakfast menu from which you can order any dish. Not too bad, but a buffet would have been perfect. They provided good quality branded toiletries. The bed was large, clean and comfortable. Overall, a good hotel for a short stay for any work in Roorkee.

We had a night stay and found it to be comfortable, located in civil lines centre of Roorkee, excellent location as was there on business. Shops and restaurants nearby. Clean and hygienic room with ac, heater and a fan. Staff was friendly didn’t come across any issue and was reasonably priced.

The hotel is located in the prime location just beside IIT Roorkee, moreover the market is also very near. The food served in the restaurant is just awesome and I personally like kadai paneer to the maximum.

I have been there 3 to 4 times in functions/meetings. Have nice rooms, good food,good staff,hall at basement for functions/meetings. Near to bus stand & railway station, can get e-rickshaws 24 hours, many good restaurants are near to hotel, especially Pandit ji Chicken point,also very economical.

this hotel was great, the sois nearyby have very good bars, the hotel itself was sparkling and had waiter service by the pool, which also had sun till 4pm. the twin room however is small, and you might aswell book a double bed as the beds are only 2 inch apart from each other. the hotel had an internet cafe and a nice resurante. also there is no charge to take guest back, i would def stay here again as it is very cheap

Liked — cracking hotel, everything is sparkling, rooms cleaned every day, waiter service by the pool, no charge for guests.
Disliked — the only problem i had, was i lost my wallet. a person found my wallet and phoned the hotel to return it. the guy at reception didnt take any details from this person. and my wallet was never seen again.

The Hotel is at the heart of the roorkee. Very close to bus stand and IIT as well as the main market. Rooms are clean and fully equipped. I paid around less than a 1000 rupees for a night and it was totally worth it. Their service is good and their manager's behaviour is also very good. Would stay there again.

Expect Convenience for conducting business with easy access to central establishments of Roorkee, but don't expect service or quality of product. The Rooms are generally smelly, response to service calls (house keeping or rooms service) was cold. Get into lift at your own risk. The rift between unprofessional staff is clearly visible. 
Wifi service is very poor and has a speed which is lagging by 10 years.
Food in the restaurant in the Hotel is reasonably good. 
The review is to help hotel make best use of its ideal location to become a favorite business hotel, with reasonable cost - value for money.

Railway Station, IIT, Central Bus Stand, Market, Many Institutes - all just a walk away!!
