The hotel on the banks of the holy river Ganga, very beautiful. On the banks of the holy river Ganga, there are trainers for sports activities. Bad that the wifi does not perform its function ♀️, working for 1 minute a day. No more. Our goal was to visit temples, ceremonies in the holy Gangesh, as well as in the Harishkesh courtyard. Accompanying Sony Adjai. They seemed to rest from February 16th to February 20th. We do not know how to do this.

Please don't select this hotel to stay...these people are FRAUD. I had a booking with them for Christmas 2018 and deposited the token money to their bank account. Two days before they cancelled my booking saying that they have some GST registration issues so their hotel will remain closed for few days and assured me that they will return my token money. Till date i.e. on 17.02.2019 they haven't returned my money and stopped answering my calls and WhatsApp msgs. If you want then I can share the transaction details as well. PLEASE DONT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!

Booked this hotel By mistake. Never Thought of about experience. This Hotel Situated at wonderful place and location but need lots of improvement. They operate it like a house. 

Being on the bank of Ganga River we Had Wonderful evening outside the Hotel.

This hotel spoiled my one day trip to rishikesh. I dont wish to write and recall my whole one day worst experience in Rishikesh just because i booked this hotel considering its luring photographs and location which is 6kms away from Laxman jhoola, to which the hotel stated 1kms while i was booking on goibibo. Anyways, to start with, people who want to sleep with cockroaches and eat small cockroaches in dinner, please pack your bags and come to hotel Ganga Darshan.     

I will write short and crisp. When i reached rishikesh, i asked the hotel manager Kapil over the phone about how to reach the hotel. The guy never mentioned anything about our booking and guided me the way. We spent 900 rs to reach the hotel via taxi from haridwar and after reaching, kapil told us that the hotel was all foreigner packed and there is no space. He asked me to follow him to another hotel. I stood shocked and called goibibo. Goibibo managed everything well and spoke to hotel's general manager Manish who was in Delhi on the conference call. Manish said he would refund all the money. Considering the fact that i was there for 24 hours,for peace and on shivaratri day, when no hotels were vacant, i asked manish and go ibibo to not only refund my money but also arrange a good hotel for me. 
Goibibo supported me a lot. After confirmation if the refund i left the hotel's premises and started searching for hotels in the same area. Having spent 3 hrs in  this mess, i got a call from go ibibo that Manish wants to speak with us. Manish then offered us the only room available with one night complimetary stay. I once again was trapped in their bait. i accepted and saw the room very dirty. Since i did not have any option i stayed there and went outside to see Rishikesh. When i came back, i saw cockroaches on the bed floor and even on my food (bread, jam and apples).
I had to leave the room at 10:30 PM.

Because of cockroaches all over and dirty room , had to leave the hotel 10:30 PM

Hotel Ganga darshan is Budget hotel for Travellers who travelling in rishikesh.  It is situated in Rishikesh. Room and big and clean. Parking facility available. Breakfast is good with large varieties. Recommended

Budget Hotel

Fortunately we had opted for the hotel transfer, because it is not easy to find. The rooms are very spacious and quiet, because located on the banks of the Ganges away from the city center, there is a large terrace overlooking the river, there would just be a lack of seats to better enjoy it... The cleanliness is acceptable, the welcome too, but they don't speak English very well. The breakfast, normally included in the price of the room is really poor, then we almost had to charge it extra... We even loved walking to Triveni Ghate by the waterfront, it's not expensive...
