It is wonderfull pkace to rest with our friends. Its to much good in hotel service than the other hotel. Hotel staff is very maintainess.there is no disturbance in your room.it provide you food service.its a great hotel.

Attended my best friend's engagement function... at the basement of this banquet hall.it is situated on the main road .. very spacious nice ambience...very goos food offered and the staff is really cooprative. Good place for small functions

The USP of this place is live music. The food was just average. This place is  slightly overpriced. Would recommend if the hotel authorities can have separate sections for people looking for booze and the family crowd as elders particularly have problem eating when person at the next table is enjoying his drinks.

Attended a function

recently had to stay here as part of some rooms and banquet facilities booked by my relatives, will not even think of coming back ... forget recommending to anyone.

The service staff is still ok but the owner/ manager and his son have a very bad attitude, no decency to speak (especially with ladies) and extremely dis-courteous.

location is good, very close to the Radisson blu in paschim vihar, Breakfast was ok, 
We had a dinner in the basement banquet hall and the food was extremely spicy, When I conveyed the feedback to the owner he said ,,, he thought to prepare this way as Punjabi's would like it! We had some NRI guests and even the local guests left without having dinner which resulted in lot of wastage of food on the buffet!

There is no courtesy in the staff, leave alone the owners, no one wishes you in the "DHABA". Whenever I wished any of them there was no response! They are busy on their phones or watching TV in the reception. Very disappointing.

Rooms are ok, spacious, No special amenities, AC was an issue, no fresh air, bathroom also spacious, there is an elevator

We had a lady guest on wheelchair, this place has no provision for wheelchair access. We had to actually lift her along with the wheelchair up the stairs (10 steps) and another step near lift and another step on third floor after the lift. She was shocked and never returned for any of the evening dinner or other events.

Overall a BIG ZERO, actually would rate in NEGATIVE, have to give one dot else will not be able to post the review, I am a very patient person and would never rate negative but Vivah residency DHABA actually is in the pits. Wonder how they manage to do business.

Bad attitude of Management

Guys dnt ever make mistake of even enter in dis residency...ill mannered staff..filthy..worst residency..dey dnt hv d facility of card payments n on asking the guy who ws dere for bookings misbehaved.
