We reach near the hotel at 0445 Hrs. But check in time of the hotel is at 0800 hrs. But they keep one man at reception at that odd hour also! Also we check out at 0500 Hrs. But they again keep one man at reception. Their service is very good. We have booked one no. 5-bedded room at 3rd floor. Superb room. You can get view of sea beach sitting inside room. 3 nos. big windows are in the room. I think this is the best room I have ever stayed at Puri. 
Behaviour of all staff & Manager are very nice. Also Foodings of attached restaurant are also nice at comparatively cheap rate. Homely food.
In all I have experinced a nice hotel staying at Puri.

Stayed at the RL hotel on Broadway. Ashleigh was so helpful from the time I arrived until I left! I definitely suggest this hotel if you are in the area. I give Ashleigh 5 stars! The hotel was clean and modern. Great vibe♥️

The position of hotel against sea beach is very good.Room and floor is well clean,room is too small and the behavior of stuff is delicious but menu plan of food is not perfect.Food is very fine but costly.

we chose to stay at the roof top rooms which are leased by some third party. the rooms on the 2nd floor has got a clear panoramic view of the sea from the window and the attached veranda is also excellent for sipping on cup of tea and enjoying the full view of the sea. this hotel is very close to the market on the beach so for the thrifty and shopping enthusiasts it is a great hotel to choose. and also it will be must easier to reach jagannath temple and railway station. we can not expect a great room service from a budget hotel with less than 1000 rs/day price point but still the staff are very co-operative. food at the restaurant downstairs must be avoided. in one word they are-pathetic.

Puri Yatra

Location wise fantastic. Just next to the sea. However, the room I stayed was AC, but too small. Did not even have balcony. Our room was not sea facing. For a view of the sea I have to climb the terrace.

Location is really good, the hotel is clean too. But it's costly compared to the service you get. Better to avoid the in house hotel. There are many restaurants near by to try. If you don't get a sea facing room there is a high chance that it will be damped room.

Better to stay away from horriable experiences, Front office staff very rude, Our booking was at 02 Super Deluxe room but they have provided us deluxe room, each & every small things they will ask you to contact with online travel company as the booking made through online travel company. Very very rude & unprofessional staffs. You will feel like you have done a huge mistake by book this hotel through online portals. Only location is good but you can find other options with better hospitalities in the same area. We are very much disappointed with the hotel & service, We contacted online travel company & launched our complain instead of Super Deluxe room we got Deluxe room & they refund us the difference of amount.

Highly Not Recommended

Did Not provide drinking water after asking for minimum 10times. Staffs and manager was mannerless.  Ac was off 6hrs a day. They told it was hotel policy. Alongwith this ac was not working for abot 5 hours
