The staff was not polite over phone when called for enquiry. We were charged Rs 2400 for AC non sea facing room. There was no AC and TV remort. The toilet flush was not working. The room was not even swept before giving us. The dustbin was also not emptied and was full of garbage.Blanket was full of sand.

Rooms are small has matchbox. Room rent is twice of what the fair rent should be. 

Mineral water is not available in room.
Washrooms are dirty and smell of kitchen keeps coming from the exhaust. We saw lizard in the washroom as well.

Rooms were dirty and looked weren’t cleaned in over 6months. 

Staff was impolite, came at 10:30pm to collect advance while we were dining in the room. 

Despite deficient services, we weren’t allowed late check out and had to pay a full nights rent even when checking out at 2pm

Won’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

The rooms were not ready for at least 2 hours after the check-in time and the service was not good. The pictures given in the photographs do not match with the actual room. It is much smaller. And the staff was rude and unapproachable. Definitely do not recommend.

Definitely does not match the expectation

I have stayed there for one night i.e. 20.06.22 although I have booked for 4 days. Me and my colleague for official work. Room condition is horrible, I have booked 2 AC rooms @ Rs.2217. As per their instruction I have send 50% advance. Looking for the room condition and food quality they served (their Restaurant is under renovation) I have cancel my stay & also for my colleague. For that reason they have deducted unlawfully 30% from the advance though it is not mentioned in their mail. I suggest not to stay in this hotel. I am going Puri for last 10 years for official work and never saw such type of inferior quality hotel.

Visit to Puri for official purpose

We have visited and stayed in Hotel Suv Palace, Puri during 6-7 November 2018. It was very nice stay in the hotel with all hospitality. The staffs are very cooperative. The hotel restaurant at ground floor served very good and hygienic food. It is recommended to enjoy food from the hotel restaurant. The location of the hotel is vey good. It is just on sea near Lighthouse. Beside car parking available, security is available 24 / 7.  I also recommend to stay in this hotel with family and friend. 

The good ambiance and nice stay at Hotel Suv Palace

Far away from Swargodwar. ENvironment is peaceful. Rooms are unclean. Service is horrible. TV/Tea/Coffee maker does not work. Air condition machine are not good. Overall experience is horrible. Food at basement restaurant is not good at all. Not worth taking this hotel. 

Visti to puri and staying at Suv Palace for 3 nights

We have booked 2 rooms on 28th May on online site. We have reached Puri 28th May around 4PM .although property is very good a bit old one but managed very poorly. Despite 1 month advance booking, were offered room in the ground floor beside the restaurant and close to reception , which was smelling. No other room was available. After spending 1 hour waiting, we have to check in those rooms as we have paid full amount in advance. Ground Floor Rooms are super dirty ,stinky and super old, no sea view from the rooms. Please don't book there ground floor rooms. They very much over priced.
Only Restaurant food is good.
There are many better hotels available at this or better prices nearby. Nothing Suv  about the hotel.

Ground Floor Standard  Rooms Floor rooms are very bad. Hotel is in Beach near ligthouse area.

food was not good at all..and the worst part is thebasic water. it's so much salty.. that even mouthwashing will be difficult. hope they imporve on this.i have not stayed here. but my parenrs have. they have a good experience here. at that time the food was similarly horrible. thanks to the chef in the hotel

The hotel is located just across the beach. If you get sea facing room, you need not go to the beach and enjoy from the room. There is no elevator in the hotel, though rooms are spread across 3 floors. Room service is below average. Cleaning of the room is not satisfactory. Room size is small and lacks maintenance. Restaurant is not good. Even their water purifier does not work properly and you must buy mineral water for drinking.
