This property is situated within the IT Park in blue ridge apartment , tower 13 , 5th floor.. Excellent ambiance of the room, strong wifi, best view from the room and balcony in Pune.. Suitable for the visitors in the IT park, but for the tourist in Pune, the place will be inconvenient , as the place is around 24 km from Pune Citi Center.. You get excellent food just outside the campus... for variety , walk a km at Hinjewadi chowk.. Kuka ( Coffe Shake ) and Mastani a must try... And this part of Pune never sleeps ... Only cons is Breakfast is too simple , toast omlette and tea only...Have a gala time..

First of all this is not a hotel. It's basically a service apartment. Once you reach the destination you might look out for some hoarding which you won't get. Just go go tower 13 and flat no 504.

It's a wisely and modernly maintained apartment with 5 rooms. With the very first look you realize this was one of your good decisions. All the rooms except Room No 3 ( where I stayed) comes with a golf course view and a balcony. It's amazing to wake up with such a view in the morning.

Food quality is too good. Simply home made food.

Staff or you can say the care takers were very friendly and helpful. 

Each room has a attached bathroom with bath tub , shower and blower ( everything you get in a 4 star hotel).

Total value of money !!!

Since I stayed only one night I didn't see much of a downside.

I will definitely visit this property again and again.

I just read some reviews abt Advantage 2 U hospitality and wanted to try this out. It ended up to be the best place i had stayed. Located inside the blueridge towers, a bit difficult for a new comer to locate. But the staffs are really helpful and a special thanks to them for making this stay even more comfortable. It is actually a fully furnished 5 bed apartment. We booked a master bed room and had complimentary breakfast as well. All amenities were provided, free wi-fi, air-con was excellent. We had a nice walk around the towers with security round the clock. I would definitely come back.

I like to stay in nice places. There, I've said it! 

I have stayed in some rather fancy and expensive places (palaces, even!), but I equally enjoy staying in places that offer fantastic value for money: luxury experiences at close to budget prices. Advantage 2 U is one of those places. 

Location: Very conveniently located if you are doing anything around Hinjewadi/Wakad. Its located in Hinjewadi phase 1, and is about a five minute drive from the Bombay-Pune-Bangalore highway. 

The area: Blue Ridge park has a golf course and some high rise residential buildings (about 25 floors) surrounding the green. The area is a little 'industrial' as Hinjewadi is mainly full of offices and hotels, so you won't find many little shops etc. There are plenty of restaurants: some independent, some located within hotels. 

The room: I stayed in the big suite. And by jove, its nice and big. About 22 or 24 feet long and 12 feet wide, I reckon. Absolutely loved the humongous bed. I'm a somewhat tall chappie, and I tend to sleep in "starfish" style, so I usually end up with some appendage - arm, foot or head - dangling out of the bed. Not so with this bed! It was tall enough, and wide enough. Can't say that about many places! The room also has plenty of storage space (4 large wardrobes - you could fit a family in there!). Also a large amount of working space if you are planning on working: enough space on the desk for three people to work comfortably. And there are three chairs to go with it. There is a big long bookshelf - plenty of storage space there too, should you happen to be carrying the kitchen sink with you. The room is tastefully decorated, with plenty of lighting. The bathroom is also big, just the way I like it. It has a separate shower area, and a separate bath. Big washbasin too.

The property: I did not use much of the rest of the flat, but it was also tastefully decorated. The lounge area is large, with more than enough space for all guests to sit together if they so wish. There is also a separate dining area close to the kitchen. The balcony next to the lounge has a nice view over the golf green. Parking for your car, if you happen to have one, is safe and its free. The society is residential with plenty of security staff, little children playing around etc. so it is safe for women travellers. Also saw plenty of expats from other countries, including their families: working in companies nearby, no doubt.

Staff and service: In one word, excellent! The property manager is a nice guy who goes by the name of Mayur. He is helped by a really sweet guy called Bhushan. They were both very helpful; I had some problems with the wifi connection initially, which they helped me with. When I came back after a long day in the heat, I was offered a glass of cool water: just like you would be at home. I was asked every day if I wanted breakfast or meals, which was nice. The owner, Sameer, lives in Spain, but he sent me a message immediately after my stay to ask how my stay was, and whether they could do anything to improve. It is the little touches like this that make all the difference between okay service and fantastic service. Big thumbs up! 

Food: Didn't try, so cannot comment. Smelled delicious though!

Price: I must mention this, because I believe supporting properties that provide good value. The price is lower than a decent hotel in the area, and the service and ambience is far better.
