Corporate Stay

It has been quite a while since we organized our wedding functions and guest stay at the Corporate Stay, Baner. We hosted our guests coming from all around the globe at this small and beautiful hotel. Even though we could have easily gone for a bigger hotel setup but we felt that hosting marriage guests at huge hotels lacks in much needed personal touch. Usually bigger hotels have multiple set of guests to tend to viz. corporate, family, wedding etc. and it all turns out to be a huge mix up. We wanted a more homely place where the guests feel at home and the staff treats them as though it is a marriage at their own home. And Corporate Stay totally met those expectations. The location was a big plus - a proper residential colony well connected to Baner Road and Mumbai Highway made it easy for all guests to reach the place without much guidance. The staff was simply incredible - We wanted to host multiple pre-wedding ceremonies in a traditional Kashmiri way and the staff went totally out of the way to arrange all that was needed to give a traditional Kashmiri flavor to a marriage in Pune. During our hunt for a proper place to host guests during marriage, we were almost fed up either with the properties or the behaviors. But Corporate stay was a different experience right at the very first look. The place is full of positive aura maybe one big reason for that is that it is owned and managed by good set of spiritually inclined people. When we approached Keswani uncle who owns Corporate Stay, he was gracious to welcome us to the place and blessed us with a very positive attitude. When we told that we are searching for a suitable place to host marriage guests and functions with very niche requirements, he simply said - We will do it here, Don't worry. Everything will be take care of. That's it. We rested all our worries. He introduced us to Priyanka who manages the service apartment hotel and she turned out to be the most professional, helpful and lively person that we had ever dealt with. She had a very solution oriented approach and any special request we had, she would find out a solution one way or the other. She listened to all our requirements (it meant having numerous meetings & discussions) and was involved right from the beginning till the completion of the entire event as though it was a marriage at her own home. It speaks volumes about the level of involvement shown by the entire staff at Corporate Stay. The cooks deserve a special mention. A couple of bright young men from Uttarakhand who went really out of the way to arrange food and flavors to suit our taste. We were very particular about the taste of few items like Rajma & Paneer and they made it taste as though it was a marriage held in northern part of the country. They suggested some really great starters & other items for menu and the guests found them so yummy that almost everyone had twice their usual portions :) The Food layout also was so nicely done that nobody had to guide the Guests. They were so much at home with everything. The rooms were setup in the most welcoming manner. The sit out areas in the hotel were set up in the most beautiful and comfortable manner. The eagerly helped with the decor. They even organized special Mist Fans to make the whole setup seem like it was at a hill station :) For our Sangeet ceremony, on our request they arranged a traditional Kashmiri seating setup. Guests had option to sit on the baithak or chairs as per their wish which everyone liked. They even helped setup the Live sound system for musical performances. The waiters, helpers, administrative staff - almost everyone was on their toes for our entire stay there and attended to even the smallest guest needs. Our relatives particularly few who had travelled from abroad were very generous in their praise for the entire arrangement. Overall, our guest left with a very big smile and incredible memories. They even went on to say that the arrangements turned out to be way more comfortable and better than arrangements in our hometown. That itself speaks of the kind of service we received at Corporate Stay, Baner. I am sure with the grace of God, we are going to have my younger brother's wedding functions and stay arrangements also at Corporate Stay, Baner very soon. Keep up the great work.
