Island views within walking distance. 3km is Sagarika emporium shop. 3km is also a Bazar center, a varied price range shops. Close to Passenger terminal for transits to Islands by ships Campbell Bay and Swarajdeep

The hotel is run by two brothers. I met the younger one Wasim. Very professional, polite and always up for help. Wen I told him dat I am doing a solo trip to Andamans and I told him wat all things I want to do. He immediately helped me plan my trip to Havelock Island. He made sure dat I be comfortable and njoy my solo trip safe.
Hotel is15mins away from airport, 10mins from port.
Check in time is at 8 which is very convenient and odr hotels its aftr 10.
Hotel staffs r very helpful. Rooms r clean and r true to its photograph upon the hotel's website. Roof top view is amazing. And plus they r building an infinity pool on the top floor.
 Breakfast is complimentary. U get limited option but it's gud. Dinner buffet is chargeable which is super affordable. And if u don't want to eat buffet in room dining is also available. If u like home cooked food not too spicy dan u r going to love it.
Definitely going back to Port Blair. Definitely recommend dis place.

Despite mixed reviews, I chose Hilltop International Hotel as it is located in city center- 10 mins from airport and 5 mins from port area.
Contradicting to the other reviews or may be there have been a lot of improvements.

1. Early Check-in and Rooms provided within 10 mins. Good & Hygienic Rooms. Late Checkout provided. As a good-will same room was provided to relax for an hour before departing to airport from hotel and last day's sightseeing.
2. They usually accept only cash due to network problem. However, I was lucky and managed to pay balance amount via credit card.
3. Food of our choice outside the menu was prepared. Fresh, tasty and economic pricing.
4. A couple of staff members (not all) were a bit cold. However, we started interacting with owners and other friendly staff of the hotel.

Things to Improve: 
1. Breakfast starts at 8 AM- As most of the days we started early and had miss out on the breakfast. (However, hotel packed Cold-Cut Sandwich and Fruity on these days) It is recommended to start breakfast at-least by 6:30/ 7:00 AM. 
2. Lift doesn't work. Needs to be fixed.
3. WiFi signal strength is not strong. Needs to be addressed.

Value for money, Good Hotel.

Good ambience at reasonable ratesWell connected.

The hotel is located in a nicely located place near Mini Zoo. I was there in room no 502 on 12th June 2019 for a day. I came to the hotel at 8:30am, initially the reception staff could not find out reservation. But they found it after 3-4 minutes. The room was okay. The AC was not in working condition, I believe the connection was switched off, had to come to the reception to tell the staff to get it changed. The food order for lunch took more than one hour. Overall a descent hotel, staff behavior good. Need to be fast on the service point of view.

Short stay for a day 12 June 2019

The first thing that pissed me off was the arrogant nature of the owner, He really need a shrink, the pool was good but it has certain rules & regulations which was not mention by there staffs and not even any sign board for any clarification, a little mistake was happened by one of our friend, for that the owner humiliated all of us and yelled at my friend in such a bad way that I can't explain it was hurting for us. the day was spoiled and it was a worst experience there. I won't suggest anybody to Hilltop at any cost.

Worst day ever

Rooms are not clean, Bathroom flush not working when i used , also when i used the shower i felt the current running through it, No AC remote to control the temperature, room smell bad, the hotel is going through the construction and you hear all that sound continuously. 
Breakfast- The Breakfast is Okay type, the food was not warmed.
Overall bad experience.

Worst Hotel I have stayed

So I visited this hotel in the month of April with my friends and the service was so poor. Worst part was the rude behaviour of the owner. They really don't know how to behave with the guest. It's was really humiliating for us. Never gonna recommend anyone. Worst day ever.

Worst Experience Ever

"This review is based on my true experience. I don't recommend this hotel to anybody. The owner of the hotel is extremely rude he doesn't know the way to speak with guest, his temper is very bad and disgusting. Not at all guest friendly place to be. Not recommended. Disappointing experience "
