25 reviewsWe had visited as a group of family members taking 2 rooms. We had visited during days when the hotel had relatively lesser occupancy i believe. Location: The hotel is in a very good location just near the backwaters & they have their own boat jetty accessible right from the reception using a short route. Boat ride was given a standard discount i presume once they understood we were from the hotel. Parking seems adequate but might be full during peak season. Staff Support: The staff were very cooperative. The made the check-in quick & stay at hotel pleasant. The first room provided did not have good a\c & on raising we were provided a alternate room immediately (lucky that we went during off-season possibly). Restaurant: Lunch was average & quite expensive for the food provided that we decided to walk over to smaller restaurants which were about 300m away from the hotel for dinner. There are a few options nearby but the ones at junction were adequate. Overall: This is good hotel for 1 or 2 days if you may not be spending too much time in the hotel & are visiting the surrounding areas. It has a good location, fulfils basic needs & nearby restaurants about 300m away which is not far.
