The stay at Ananda Lakshmi Ayurvedic Centre during this Ayurvedic cure was absolutely wonderful. The services provided were of superior quality, and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive, always taking great care of each participant in our group. The meals were excellent, and the yoga classes were top-notch. Overall, the team was incredibly kind and attentive.On behalf of Padma Yoga Center, we highly recommend Ananda Lakshmi Ayurvedic Centre for anyone seeking a rejuvenating and exceptional Ayurvedic experience.

We enjoyed every moment from early in the morning the yoga lessons, all delicious dishes, the cleanness in the entire resort, the care for each plant, the intensive care & support while the Ayurveda treatment by the physician & therapists. 
And every single day we got support protection & security from the security men, the front office including the General Manager. 
We felt home far away from home!

It was my 1 st AYURVEDA experiance and 1 st time in ANANDA LAKSHMI. I spent 17 wonderful days at panchakarma retreat in small ,charming ,
atmospheric  medicine center created by GIANNI DEMOZZI  .Medical care is at highest level -doctor and therapists are excellent ,professional and so nice - checking in on you everyday .You have  2-3  hours treatment each day according Your Dosha .Special thanks to my doctor - dr Baiju :) , his asistant and my therapists  Filomina 
 / she is  excellent indeed /,
Great staff in restaurant, friendly ,always  smiling wonderful people and ready to help also in reception desk . 
One thing - i  would suggest for future - to create  separate  group of beginners yoga people / not practiced yoga before / - to give chance for ,moving , also for people looking for new experience.
Food is very healthy , veggie, fresh and prepared also according  to the Dosh's- but for me - could be more differential and a little bit more spicy  - to give a little  touch of INDIA ../ i know Ayurveda has a special food restriction ../
It was  very ,very  relaxing and healthy time for me - 17 great days . 
ANANDA LAKSHMI - is perfect place to recharge batteries  and i feel to be born again..

Ananda Lakshmi is an Ayurvedic paradise. It is a boutique resort, offering a full Panchakarma experience- everyday yoga, food based on your dosha, and 2-3 hours of treatment each day based on your individual needs. Everything is perfect - yoga teacher calm and spiritual; food very mild and good, and the restaurant staff extremely nice and attending. There are super nice gardeners who take such good care of the whole area. The doctors are very dedicated, checking in on you everyday. I was under care of Dr Rose Mary and she was very attentive, carefully addressing all my questions and frequently checking in, at the same time being very pleasant. My therapist, Divya, was, as her name suggests, divine - no matter what time the therapy was, her treatment was 100%. I will miss her massages extremely. 
I will definitely be going back to this little heaven on earth.

I scheduled a 21 day, Poncha karma retreat, hoping to get some relief from my migraines from having to get up five and six times during the night from number of other health conditions.  What I found there was an incredible tropical environment that was very restful and peaceful and spacious the treatment providers and the physicians were kind and gentle and expert, and took excellent care of me, emotionally and physically. I had amazing food while I was there, the prescribed food was delicious and different every day, the ground in the environment that they maintained was very restful and encouraging for healing. And my healing results included a relief from my constant migraines by the third week I was sleeping 8 1/2 hours without waking up all my dark spots on my face and my chest and my hand started to fate so I think that what they say about the 21 day Poncha karma really resetting all your organs was true I left their feeling , amazing and vibrant and energy restored and that’s continued when I follow the recommendations when I got home I’ve already planned another trip back there next year.

My husband, one of my best friends, and myself just completed a 21 day retreat at this beautiful Ayurveda retreat center. The staff here is outstanding. The massage therapist were skilled and gentle. The retreat center itself is absolutely gorgeous. The grounds are very well-maintained with abundant plant life. Every morning you wake up to the sounds of all different kinds of animals, and it is such a delight to enjoy the wildlife sounds. The rooms are large, attractive, and very comfortable. The food is delicious and is prepared specifically for you and your digestion.  We also enjoyed practicing yoga with a very talented yoga teacher in the mornings. We had an absolutely delightful experience, and highly recommend Ananda Lakshmi Ayurveda retreat center to anyone and everyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing, but very health centered retreat. A small, atmospheric Ayurvedic medicine center.  I've been coming here since 2013.  This was my 7th time.  Medical care at the highest level.  Qualified therapists (special thanks to Anita).  Great staff, but more importantly, wonderful people, always smiling and ready to help.  They've been the same for years.  A perfect place for people who want to be born again.  Mentally and physically.  I feel like family here.  I highly recommend it.

It was a perfect stay! The place, the treatment, the food (vegetarian) was great, and we are planning to go back next year. We had a treatment for each of us and the Ayurvedic staff, the Doctor and the therapists are very professional.

a quiet and peaceful place to recharge your batteries, the care is excellent, the therapists attentive with medical monitoring every day.  The reception staff, kitchen, cleaning, garden are top as well as the director.  since our first visit in 2018 we are happy to return.  I recommand it

three years without Ananda lakshmi.  it was so long.  we found the staff with as much pleasure as in 2019. it is reassuring to find the same people every year.  despite two years of covid closure, hospitality, kindness, availability and excellent treatment make this resort our permanent address.  thank you for your good care. What a special place, made so by the excellent team at Ananda Lakshmi! We were delighted with the results of our 2 week panchakarma retreat. 

The food is excellent, therapists are very professional and personable, yoga excellent, and the clifftop location tranquil is a nature trove surrounded by soaring eagles and abundant wildlife especially butterflies.
