Hotel is good clean rooms and bathrooms. Value of your money in main market. Hotel has also restaurant and many other restaurant avail here. Pre booking is mandatory from here. There many nearby places to visit Garden, lake, jatashankar etc. Hotel is in main city so you can enjoy your eve in pachmarhi.  There was a fare in city Called Nagdwar mela. SO pls keep away in this season because more than 2 lakh visitors were here.

Good to stay in main market

They mentioned but there is No pick & drop services. There is no warm water facility after morning in the shower. They don't follow traveler's schedule. Don't go on visit the places with the four wheeler  suggested by the hotelier because our first day roaming driver was drunk. Choose  at your own.. Panchmarhi is beautiful place to visit....

improper services

I had an average experience with this hotel. Let me list them down:
Pros :
1. The rooms looked posh and clean.
2. Helpful staff. There was no staircase but the staff helped in delivering food, hot water, luggage and were on our beck and call whenever we asked them too.
3. They also helped us arrange our visits around though I felt it was bit pricey. We took it as we did not have time but it was convenient.
Cons:
1. The bathroom was leaking from all pipes.
2. They were not very reliable on their words and so less professional. We had asked for vehicle on checkout but they completely forgot but we had a tough time reaching the train station on the way back.

Okay rooms

staff found drunk,misguide tourist for earning commission/money, not providing parking facility rather asking for extra charges for same, if not paid they inform agency regarding unauthorized parking and force them to provide jammer to vehicle in night hours and earn money/commission from them,no hot water in morning, bed sheet not dry clean, rooms are stinks, no perfume in room.

worst hotel in my life, never go again

1.No free wi-fi. Most of the time it was not working
2.Food quality was not up to the mark.
3. Behavior of the manager in reception was not good.
4.Reception did not receive the phone call. 
5.The room was nice
