The location of hotel was very good near pachmarhi bus stand. Service was good and staff was very helpful and humble. Washroom was clean. Clean rooms. I would like to mention one name manmohan yadav ji manager he explained everything about pachmarhi sightseeing and places to visit. We will definately come next time

The hotel location is very nice adjacent to cantonment rock garden and near to main market . Very clean rooms. Staff was very nice and helpful. Clean washrooms. They also arrange gypsy for pachmarhi local tour at very reasonable price. The best family hotel in pachmarhi market area.

Overall it was a nice experience..as well as ambience...... service was nice..staff accomodation both are nice..situated in the main area..all destination are near by this place..will surely come again next time

Beautiful property inside the pachmarhi prime location, les then  100 steps away from pachmarhi bus stand , pure vegetarian delicious food served by the hotel restaurant, this hotel highly recommended for the upcoming tourist in pachmarhi

I was very happy here for stay 2 night! The wonderful welcome and friendly service made this hotel feel like a real home, and the perfect location made it easy to shower - during those long days of sightseeing. The guide had the answers to all our touristy questions, staff was always ready with a smile, and I would certainly return.

The hotel is very good in budget category.. Service and food is  also great.. We booked deluxe rooms and they upgraded it to Super Deluxe..Staff is also helpful and would arrange sightseeing tours at reasonable rates... 

For the money you pay, this was quite a good stay. the hotel staff was very familiar. if you have a family then i suggest you that this hotel is very good. the owners and staff helper are very helpful and sweet. They guide you well.

Over all hotel is good, clean and room service is also quick. The hotel is located just near Bus stand and is close to almost all restaurants and market. Hotel travel desk is also good. The only issue is the food in the hotel is not at all tasty, and a bit expensive as compared to the taste & quality. Staff is also very supportive and quick. Conditions of the rooms are exactly like shown in the photos by the website. Rooms are excellent. it has 4 floors and "Super Deluxe Room" are on 4th floor and there is NO lift.

Avoid staying at this place as rooms are dirty and towels provided also very dirty. Staff is naive. Hotel manager sells local tour packages at double the price of market price. Never book from hotel. For toilet kit, theygive only one soap.avoid booking this hotel as there are many better hotels at same location.
