Awesome resort, ample of place inside, beautiful landscape, courteous staff and amazing service.
They take care of your unique requirements and the best thing isthey have varied stay options of diferent themes. We stayed in old British style home and it is very real.

Visited the resort with friends and family and had a wonderfull experience. The pros are, excellent service, food is good and reasonable. The location is perfect and ambience is good.
Cons are monkeys and tents are bit aged but amenity wise is value for money. 
Must visit if planning with a large group.
Hoping to visit again in future.

Had a wonderful stay for 2 nights with family including 2 children. Away from the hustle and rush of town, this place is located in a quiet corner and has decent amenities and activities for kids. First and foremost, the basic necessities like cleanliness, clean linen and sleep quality were good. Hot water and Room heater were also available in the tent 24 hours. The food was good, we had special dietary requirement and they we able to customise the food for us. The staff is very helpful and eager to help. We had them arrange a vehicle for us for sight seeing and they did not charge is premium for that.
Overall a wonderful experience and most importantly kids had a lot of fun.

Stayed here in February (11th to 13th) with a group of 25 family members.... 
Really serene property with  very courteous staff and supportive manager...Mr. Saheb Khan. He offered an excellent customized package for our group which was affordable yet luxury....
Pachmarhi itself is a very beautiful hill station where you will not find private hotels... All resorts are under MPTDC control. Woodland is one of them... Cottages are british era bungalows and recently they have setup Swiss Tents as well. We chose for tents and it was unique experience to stay in them.
Hotel staff is always ready to please you with their service.. They even take suggestions from you what we would like in food menu and they customize the food as per our requirement/style. Food was good and tasty.
Resort is good to spend quality time with your family... It has all activities like Badminton, Cricket, Climbing etc. 
They arrange Maruti Gypsys for you for sightseeing in reasonable cost.

There was some issue of hot water due to rains in the night otherwise no scope for any complain.

A must visit resort to stay if you are in Pachmarhi...

We had stayed there on 3rd and 4th of Feb. Experienced Great Service, very supportive and proactive staff, a complete package of natural serenity, comfort and adventure in very affordable cost.We went in group and  have stayed for one night and two days. This place captivates you and gives you everything to make your stay a memorable moments. Manager Mr. Govind is courteous and very polite. Will certainly recommend this resort to spend quality time.

Wonderful place to spend quality time

Best Resort in Panchmarhi.

Amazing Resort

Stayed with my wife for a day in September 2018 in the Heritage room which according to them is the best they have.
This property is probably the most poorly maintained property in pachmarhi. Dirty rooms, dirty linen, dirty washrooms and what not. Flimsy third class Plastic fittings and fixtures in the bathroom are a let down given the amount you pay for the room. Even the garbage left by previous occupants was not cleaned by the hotel staff.
Strictly recommend looking for another property or hotel if you want to stay in pachmarhi. And never go for Heritage rooms which are a big let down compared to the cost. If you have no option and you're booking here go for the Swiss tents instead which are comparatively new and hence clean. 
The manager was extremely non courteous and unprofessional. Blamed mptdc for not cleaning the rooms. Seriously? Mptdc asking them to not clean the room? 
Better stay at a different place if you do not want to spoil your mood and gradually your visit to Pachmarhi. 
Giving two stars for the good exteriors and good food.

Pro Tip: Pachmarhi lacks good hotels even if you're ready to pay a good premium. And if you are used to living in good hotels it would be a huge let down. You can instead stay at MNR Resort Pipariya (PS: Just my personal opinion) and visit pachmarhi by booking a vehicle. The usual charge from Pipariya to Pachmarhi is Rs. 1000 +- some bargain.
