Nice place,reasonable and scenic...Nature themed park,very conveniently located.Rooms are good ,there are options of Cottages ,tents and tree house.Lots of open spaces and unlimited gardens and plantations.it also has a  water park attached.
All the rooms/tents have a provision of born fire,which is a must do ...
The staff is well behaved and hard working.

Fantastic place

This was our second visit to sherbaug. First experience was awesome so we decided a family picnic.
But the experience was worst. We booked 3 Ac rooms for 2 days bt while checkin no proper update was done by the staff. Despite of reminding them the Ac remotes were not provided. As we were charged for the Ac room and not given the facility we escalted the matter to Sana who is incharge of the room bookings through whom we booked the rooms bt to our suprise instead of listening to the matter she started misbehaving and shouting on us that we are doing cheap tectics for the refund, without even asking her staff that whether we informed them or not about he same. Not getting the facility for which we are paying we were absolutely liable to get the refund, this woman is not just arrogant bt ignorant as well no manners to talk to the guest making the beautiful place a disgusting one to stay. On the other hand we even booked a one day stay in tent the staff and the manager extremely polite and helpful. Full points to the tent staff. I would recomend to book tents and tree house instead of booking rooms under this disgusting woman ruining the reputation of such a beautiful resort

Worst experience

Very very disappointing.they charge 700 per person if child also.not a better option for spending Rs700 to this risky water park.no slides in waterpark.avoid it or if ur with family then buy 1ticket only first check and decide.other wise u loss.no other interesting activity in the package 

Waste of money 

If you are considering visit to theme park, then don't do it. It's not the same sherbaug 10 yrs ago. Nothing to see and water park is disappointing. Nothing more than splashing of water you can do there. If you are looking for stay then it may be good for forest like stay feeling.

Waste of money for visit.

The visit to theme park is one of the worst I have ever experienced... This place is likely to be closed soon... They try to make some money before closure...
One should never visit and feel cheated by paying Rs. 700 per head... Rather the management should close it at the earliest...

This deserves a negative rating 

We went to the for 2 days stay and ended up taking full refund without staying 

It looks very diff from the pics they have only taken pics of the good places and let me tell they are very small

The fake water fall is not a pool it's all rocky  you can swim in that 
Water is super dirty

Food is cooked in an unhygienic place
All flies in the eating area and no chairs were available 

When we asked the staff they keep running from there to avoid the guests

We have to start yelling at them then they paid attention then also not much was done to fix the problem

So we asked for refund that took another long argument with the staff
The manager/owner never came up to speak about the issue and we only stayed in one of the room for 1-2 hours max in which the electricity stopped working and then after a long argument with Goibibo and hotel manager over phone which lasted 6-8 hours we finally got the refund around 7-8 pm 

Another couple with a kid had the same problem and also took one day refund and chose to go to another place next morning

They ask you to pay 2k as a deposite for fine incase you break anything and they will try to charge you for anything 

We stayed in 1 room out of 4 that we booked and just sat on bed for sometime while leaving from there they tried to charge us for some broken pipe which we have no idea about 

In all this AC was working electricity was not there for 2-3 hours 

The owner came out later when we denied to pay any fine yelling at us that you should have left if you didn't like the property I would have sold it given the fact that he could have refunded the money any time 

Also the staff was pathetic since none of them have a damn about any complaints or request starting with us asking for chairs at the restaurant and ac not working and electricity. They would just go away thinking someone else will do the work for them or magically it will get resolved 

Even when the discussions were going on some guy would leave to call another and then never return 

I have stayed at many hotels 5 stars to dometeries and no hotel is more pathetic or even close to this 

This is the worst hotel ever
