excellent in terms of everything .. food was good ... stay was good ... but yes rooms are old but superior room is in excelelnt condition.. also the roof top swimming pool is good for spending time when you dont want to go out ... with the rates offered service is better....

Me and my friends visited stay was awesome and economic aswell. Staff was food. Best place to stay at mahableshwar. Whenever we visit again will definitely stay at this place. Food was also good. Throughly enjoyed the outing.

good hotel

The staff is helping and does their job well and food is also good. 
The toilet in lobby is dirty and needs renovation 
Generally the coach arrives early morning around 6 am and check in is at 9.30 hence clean toilet is essential. 
A towel hanger in bathroom is missing and there is only one charging point.
The entire hotel looks very old and little more attention towards cleanliness is required

Average hotel

Came to this Hotel i.e. “Mahabaleshwar Palace” at Mahableshwar in main market for two days 7.11.2018 to 9.11.2019 and paid an exorbitant amount of Rs 14,000/- for two days inclusive of vegetarian food. Room was terrible and this experience of mine of Mahabaleshwar till today is most horrible as this hotel is most third grade property in entire Mahabaleshwar. Room grills are rusted and water in Taps were red. Television was not working and every time we have to call roomboy to start it. Swimming pool is for namesake. Vegetarian food provided to us in all inclusive charges was horrible and we didn’t eat it all and we had food outside. 

It’s advisable to all not to ever chose this hotel in any case. Our entire journey has became miserable and we had to quit the hotel before the fixed checked out.

I have booked this hotel via YASH YATRA tours. I chose to stay in budget rooms. it cost me around 14200 INR for total 5 people. 
Hotel looks good from outside, in the vicinity of the main market is the only plus point.
hotel appearance is very poor from inside. it very cranky place. unpleasant odor, outdated sofa's/ chairs, doors all looks like a horror palace.
rooms service is 0. 
hotel staff is not at all polite & have no sense of hotel management
my package was inclusive of lunch dinner and breakfast but food taste is not at all good. I had preferred outside hotels to eat.
the swimming pool is at the top of the hotel & it's unclean. it looks like a dirty pond.
I had to request staff to provide blankets/ towels & soaps.
I meet with other visitors complaining about non-availability of hot water in morning even I had to face the heat.

In short and simple- its worst hotel to stay.

horrible hotel- waste of money

never go for it it over charged the website shows very old picture and rooms and the entire hotel stinks and it more like a guest house you will get far more better hotels if you shell out another 1000 rupees
