Had a great stay at this resort. The property has a old charm. The staff as well as the property owner family are very polite and ready to provide best service possible. The food was authentic Parsi home cooked food. Great place to relax and enjoy the nature as well as food.

Decided it was time to take a much-needed break from hustle and bustle of city life and take a trip down memory lane along with my brother and nephew to relive the nostalgia of my many holiday trips made to this hotel, since my childhood.

To be honest I was a bit hesitant at first of what to expect, considering the fact that it has been almost 17 years since my last visit to Panchgani and this property however, I’m extremely glad I made this trip as Hotel Mount View Heritage yet again, proved its worth and dominance in every aspect of the word “Hospitality”.

This property truly optimizes the word “Heritage” as despite of being over a 100 years in existence, the 4th generation of the Parsi family (The Khambatas) running the show, have still preserved its old world look and a homely feel coupled with all the modern comforts that one could desire. With breathtaking picturesque views of the valley, a meandering Krishna river and the Sahyadri Mountains, you feel like you’re in a cradle of nature surrounded by the colorful flora of a well-preserved garden, which looks like an extension of the valley below, and the chirping of various species of birds heard throughout the day.

Warm, welcoming & friendly hosts (The Khambatas), spacious, neat & clean rooms with antique furniture and modern amenities, well-trained staff with impeccable manners, a daily set menu of lip smackingly delicious Parsi cuisine, lovely location, beautiful ambiance and affordable rates makes this hotel a perfect getaway for nature lovers, solo travelers and families alike.

Excellent property. Superb food. Friendly staffs. Will visit again. Garden area is beautiful. We enjoyed a lot. Will visit again. Food menu was very good. Loved Parsi food. Overall ambiance is great. Only negative I found was our room was little small.

I was looking for a homely and scenic stay and found just the place. Stayed with my 83 year old Mom and enjoyed every minute. We stayed in the Prochi Triple room with the sit out. The location is so spectacular, with so many birds that wake you up early in the morning and Stunning sunsets !!!
Special mention to the Food .... Simple and delicious. We were lucky to be served with Jackfruit Icecream !!!
The Team looked after my Mom so well, I am going to be a regular visitor sure

Since it's two acres plus if land the whole area gives open space with large trees and valley view of Dom lake

Our stay was truly wonderful. It has a breathtaking view of the valley and the lake. I loved the antique architecture; it almost feels like you are in a different time. It felt warm and welcoming. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. I also appreciated the staff and owners, who were very cooperative and made our stay pleasant. I would love to visit again. And the breakfast was also delicious. Overall the stay exceeded our expectations.❤️

Homely and courteous staff
Sumptuous food for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
This is my second visit and I will always highly recommend this place.
Do visit TableLand and Parsi point which are very close to the location.
If you want a lazy weekend getaway then just enjoy the lovely views of the lake and take a stroll down the walkaway from inside the property.

Very nice property. While maintaining the old heritage feel they have spruced up all the amenities to give a very comfortable stay. Food and staff services are very good. Strongly recommended if you want a peaceful quiet stay without the frills that supposedly modern hotels provide

We went to stay for the weekend and the first thing you notice is the hospitality of the staff there. It is top notch. The property itself is more than 100 years old but the owners are maintaining the facility very well. The view is amazing from the hotel and its very close to panchghani market. The best part for us was the food. They serve typically parsi food but the quality and quantity of food is exceptional. It is a must visit property on panchghani. The staff actually takes extra care of you.
