United-21 Beach View Mandarmoni

The resort is located just beside the beach. Sea is visible from almost all cottage rooms of first floor.

AC was ok. Rooms were clean. Some unruly hooligans from another state made some fuss in drunk state which the hotel management was too mild to control. They ruined the swimming pool.

Food is ok but need to be ordered in advance if you do not want to wait too long.

Credit card payment is not accepted, as of June 2018.

Just beside the sea beach 

One of the few hotels in the sea side part of the road which has swimming pool.
The rooms and cottages are spacious, rooms were clean however the balcony of the room we stayed was totally unclean and with no maintenance, the same is the case with most of the balconies in the building; Cottages are better maintained though. 
AC is centrally controlled ,you may not feel enough cool and may face issues during summer.The hotel also has good parking space.

Behavior of the staff was good however the bad experience we faced was with the delivery of food on time, though we ordered the dinner well in advance they made us wait for hours and they were not even picking up the phones as we were doing follow up, next day we opted not to have breakfast from hotel (there are lot of other food options available at Mandarmoni currently) and also we have informed the same to the manager next day however by the time we were vacating the room.

pool was not clean in the morning and they have informed that the person who do the cleaning was not available and they will change the water only after checkout for the day. So better to use the pool from afternoon till evening only.

Cost of stay and food is on the high end in comparison with the service provided. Hotel accepts only cash payment.

Considering the location of the hotel and its available infrastructure and cost of stay, there is lot of scope of improvement in service as well as maintenance.

That was my 4th visit to this resort in over a span of 2 years, during first 2 visits i have found it to be a best resort in mandarmani with good food menu, now on my 3rd and 4th visit I have noticed that services are becoming slow, as well as property is going through lots of wear and tear, swimming pool was also closed at the time of our visit. I would rate it just an average resort now with expansive food menu and at the cost of around 14k with GST for duplex Ac room i think it is way more expansive. Hotel dosen't take payment by card and insist on paying by cash. However Saifuddin is a good Manager who is always willing to help in whatever way he can.

-dont go by the pics or false reviews
-pathetic tasteless low quality food 
-unhygenenic food found many flies in fish curry
-found hair in most of d dishes 
-no provision of sealed water bottle/provides loose n filled up disposable water bottles
-once dark you will feel like insecure... 
-in most of the rooms bulbs are fused and ac not working
-pool : better not to touch those pool water and is not private at all
- tv not working
-power backup doubtful
-no room service/phones are all dead
-whole compound is never maintained full of garbages and wine bottle/disposables spreaded every where
-Limited employees

BELIEVE THE OWNER IS A SOME BIG SHOT AND IS LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT THE PROPERTY....ITS JUST A FARM HOUSE FOR HIM 

Rather staying here i would advise people to stay in d road side...pathetic n it shoukd not be exist infact.

They demand 3000rs per room,  but we book through oyo 1000rs and they refuse that they dont have any tie up with any online booking.
