This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a company their customer service is awful their website lies it says if you cancel before check in you won’t be charged that is incorrect they still charge you half they sent me emails saying I wasn’t charged then charged me (made a reservation and my plans changed within 20 minutes of booking I had over 2 hours until we checked in and I was still charged when they advertise that you won’t be you are) anyways when I got a hold of customer service they just kept hanging up on me because I told them about the emails saying I wasn’t going to be charged and then was and the hotels they recommend are also horrible! The pictures are deceiving the hotels are not clean to a standard of any human being, they are run down and look like you could be your own star in a horror film I would not recommended them to anyone dead or alive literally the worst

IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 10 STARS I WOULD!!!!DO NOT BOOK THROUGH ANY OYO HOTELS WARNING💀 On 6/25/21 I booked a hotel. The cancellation time cutt off is the day of check in before 9am. I had an family emergency situation, I could not make it. It is literally almost impossible to get hold of a live agent on the phone. So my choices were left with the chat bot cancellation service they provide you with to cancel. After two to three times of trying to cancel, and the code which was provided did not work. Then gives an option to chat with a live person via their chat. Of course even though my request to cancel was made BEFORE THE 9am cutt off... was not surprised they took their time ... even acted like we weren’t connected still. Scam artist ... was told because they could not process my request to few minutes after 9am I would not be refunded ANY OF MY $648.00 payment. I WILL NEVER BOOK ANOTHER OYO HOTEL THEY ARE CROOKS! I will be filing complaint with the BBB, and for anyone having problems with booking outside of the US, I did see where you may file with consumer affairs in India where the corporate headquarters are. I will be filing with the consumer affair complaints in the US due to that is where my hotel was.

Worst hotel I have ever booked!!!

I have booking two rooms for my family with children for 2months ago. They cancelled my booking 5 days before the trip, they did not inform us why and did not try to accommodate us in another hotel. Causing too much stress on our trip.

Never booking a room in OYO

Reservations were made early Aug 2020 for Daleville, Al. at their weekly special rate. But central reservations kept cancelling and reinstating over and over. Finally I remade reservations and PAID with CC. I was unable to contact hotel directly as number listed was not correct. So contacted central reservations on website...but could not get answers to my questions...only canned responses that were not applicable. Called and they assigned a customer inquiry. A few days later they thanked me for saying issues were resolved...this was not the case as nothing was resolved. Arrived at hotel to be told Confirmed/Paid for reservations had been cancelled once again...but I could pay more and stay. Hotel was old/runned down. Room had roaches. Second night no HOT water, third night NO WATER! MGR SAM called us late evening before we returned to tell us the bad news...and agreed we could stay third night for free...but did not honor the deal the next day so we checked out early. OYO hotels are NOT customer friendly and so disorganized that it was a nightmare experience!. NEVER AGAIN!

Worst Hotel Experience EVER!!!!

OYO 5276 Intercity Guest House horrible experience. Oyorooms show cheap price on website but when the customer(my office staff) visit there, they denied the booking and insist for fresh booking on higher charges. when I tried to speak on phone, this lady started misbehaving and flatly denied the booking and said he can go to other places there are many available. Customer care of OYO is also horrible. the website offers cheap price to attract customers but in reality that doesn't exist. once the customer visit there they insist on higher payment and that too in cash.

Worst Experience with Oyo Rooms Lucknow

We have very bitter experience with OYO. I have booked 3 rooms for family in advance in Kolkata, just one day before i got mail from OYO that due to some unavoidable reason we r shifting your booking in other Nearby Hotel, first of all hotel was very far from the hotel i booked, and location was very worst, u will feel like came in Chaal (Jhhugar Patti) furthermore when we reached that hotel (JYOTSANA GUEST HOUSE, KOLKATA), more than half an hour we had to knock the gate and tried to call on reception but didnt get any response, after some time one body came outside, when we asked him that we r calling u since 1 hr, why dont you open the gate, very badly he behave with us and straight forward denied to get check in the Hotel, when i call to OYO Customer care then the OYO's Fool making business start, one after one customer care executive gave us assurance to shift in another hotel, they asked to me to hold on to search another hotel availability but after 20-25 holding the call,automatically it gets disconnect, again i have to call customer care and one new executive come and asked for the reason, i have to tell same story to 8 executives but not got solution, morethan 4 hours we have to stand on road with all my family including senior citizens and Child and wait for solution, Here's not the end of our problems, i got call from OYO, they said we have one property for you but that is 5 km away from your current location you dont need to pay extra room charges, OYO will bear it, they send us all the details and booking confirmation of Hotel, when we go to that Hotel, but they also denied to get check in us, and said OYO just giving you fake booking without our confirmation, we can not give you rooms on your Booked amount, you just talk to OYO.
Ultimatly we have to arrange hotel with ourself.
Now, my suggestion is dont book hotel from OYO.
OYO is now SINKING SHIP.

Very,Very,Very worst service OYO provides.

Never book any hotel room through oyo because they cancel ur booking at last minute when u r about to check in.if u have paid also hotels don't accept booking and customer executive of oyo don't provide any backups
.they then ask to pay more money to get room in different hotel.dont make mistake of booking through oyo u might be in grt trouble during check in

Hotel orient prime Nagpur

Recently I had worst experienced with hotels booked via OYO in India. OYO is booking hotels for non registered hotels and when you visit there then you will realise hotel is not registered with OYO and you will get very poor response from OYO call centre. OYO assist will offer you another  hotel which will be 10 km far from the place. Thereafter you will end up paying more money to accomodate urself on last minute.
Even OYO flagship  hotels which are directly under OYO won't  guarantee a room on arrival even though OYO has confirmed your booking.
I won't recommend anyone to book OYO hotel.

except breakfast everything seems good.
high comfort hotel. accessibility is good. clean and hygiene with good furnishing rooms.
decent hospitality. but u have to walk for long distance to get food here
