Hello friends shefali this side and I am here to tell you my honest experience about the resort so I have book my package from one of the best travelling agency and the name of the agency is MAJESTIC JOURNEY PRIVATE LIMITED one of the finest travel agency soo this was my 1st trip with them and they have suggested me the resort n resort was honestly so so so good that I wish I could go there again and again the hospitality the staff even manager, interior, exterior, decoration, food everything means everything thing is just upto the mark... N special thanks to Mr pushkar Singh I hope I am pronouncing it write he helped us n took care of everything we needed so thanks you guys @Majesticjourney ( pratima joshi) and @serenitycorbettresort ( pushkar bhaiya) for making my trip rememberable thanks you soo much for your guidance

Our stay in Serinity was for two nights and l must say it was an awesome experience to stay in such beautiful natural exotic surrounding, eco- friendly environment.
Beautiful location, Staff very friendly and courteous... The rooms were spacious and spotless, with crisp bed sheets... The food was excellent, the chef ensured that our pallet needs were met. The resort ambience was lovely and very serene. The staff was attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Swimming pool was absolutely clean... Nothing was too much trouble and we are eally looking forward to come again and again here whenever we come this side.

Awesome place and hospitality. A must visit place for Corbett. Good resort and facility. Too big rooms. Amazingly clean place. Staff is also helpful. No hassles in booking. Pool is neat and clean. Too much greenary maintained well. They help in safari bookings also.

Superb ambience delicious food great service. Our group stays here all the time. The swimming tank is also very well maintained. Food is very tasty. There was Shahi tukda for dessert which was too good. Butter chicken was also very tasty. Great stay

Excellent. Loved the way services were arranged as promised. We stayed in Dhikala and we got the booking as it was promised. Stay at Ramnagar was also very comfortable. These guys are highly reliable and trustworthy. You don't need to look beyond.

The stay was excellent.  Food was awesome. Pool is very clean. It is good place to stay with the family and children. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. You can also visit river through the lawn.

One of the best resort in the area Serenity resort because it is very nice and clean rooms, with spacious balcony, clean gardens, pool is amazing and to the Jim Corbett is closely located. We really enjoyed in the resort like we did last evening a nice Bon Fire dinner along with starters. Food was so delicious and we'll maintained breakfast. Behind the resort Lake is running where you can hear the running river. Staff is so friendly and attentive, hope to come this resort very soon.

Serenity Corbett Resort is exactly what I expected a jungle hotel to be.  It's set in lovely grounds with a beautiful garden, a pool and is a short walk to the river. It's quiet, a little bit rustic and suits the setting beautifully.

We opted to have our meals included in our package so we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff were helpful and attentive explaining what the various foods were as there were many different Indian dishes to choose from.

My daughter has Coeliac disease so any exposure to gluten will make her very sick
Eating out is always a risk, especially in a foreign country where we don't know how the meals are prepared,  what the ingredients are and have difficulty conveying her requirements due to language barriers. We needn't have been concerned. The lovely Head Waiter in the Hotel restaurant really took care of her. He ensured all suitable food was brought to her in bowls directly from the kitchen, fetched more for her if she wanted it and checked to make sure she was OK. Unfortunately I didn't get his name,  but he was amazing, ensuring she could eat safely in a foreign country.

Serenity Corbett Resort staff were all very helpful, friendly and really nice,  responding to any requests  (eg bottled water) promptly.

The resort also organised our 3 safari tours on our behalf which were all amazing. 

The rooms were clean though we did have some grasshoppers in our room. Given the resort is located close to the jungle bugs are to be expected and they didn't concern us. We spotted monkeys in the tree near our door which was really cool but we always kept our door shut to prevent them coming inside. 

My only suggestion for improvement would be to replace the bath towels with new ones. They are clean but most of them had various stains on them.

We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity Corbett Resort and should we ever return would happily stay again. 

Serenity Corbett is a delightful and naturally gifted resort near the Jim Corbett reserve forest. Situated right next to a beautiful river and surrounded by lush greenery, Serenity Corbett was a perfect family getaway in the embrace of nature. The clean rooms, delicious food and exceptional hospitality made our stay here joyful and memorable. 

Total ambience is very congenial, homely & cordial. Room service & behaviour of the team is superb. Food quality is excellent as well as arrangements of safari is also much helpful.  Hope for bright days of SERINITY ahead.

Best stay ever just because of majestic journey

Perfect Family Getaway 

We went here for my birthday. It was our splendid stay here, we enjoyed everything here right from the room with attic space and balcony, the garden , the mango trees, the food and the swimming pool. Staff is also very humble and professional. Here there is direct access to the river front from resort’s backside which a superb thing to explore. Room cleanliness and food variety plus taste was all very good. Only thing we felt problematic was the parking space, there was much more congestion we had to park outside the compund and also they must introduce more gaming options thr as only table tennis was available there.

This was my 7th visit to Jim Corbett. Have been there over the period of last 12-13years. The property is new though, Serenity gives you exactly what it promises, a serene environment to relax and unwind. if you love natural setting (that's why you decide to go there, right!!), then this is the place - Rated amazing (4.1) on TripAdvisor.
We recently did a 9 member all boys trip here, and what a service and experience it was - food (both veg / nv was delicious) , rooms (clean), service (on-time) , environment ; flawless and lovely. What attracts me always is the Kosi river right behind and you can just be lazing there.
For family this is the place as well, Mr. Piyush Joshi will make you feel at home.

Fantastic place for Family Or Friends

We had a wonderful stay at Serenity Resort. All the meals were delicious, room was very comfortable, and, most important of all, the service given to us by the team was top-notch. I highly recommend Serenity for anyone planning to visit Corbett National Park!

Amazing stay in lap of Nature

We were here as a couple for two nights.The room,room service and food were all were very good.The hotel had very low occupancy as it was monsoon time but the service was very good.Naveen in FnB was very hospitable and so was the Housekeeping staff.The spread for breakfast,lunch and dinner both in veg and non-veg was very tasty.Would recommend this property for stay in Corbett.Though they didn’t have access to Kosi river..Other than that the property was good and we would not mind staying here again.

Good option for stay with good food

Our stay at Serenity was amazing. Love the hospitality of all team. The housekeeping staff of Dheeraj and team was great and helped by providing great service.
Even the food was very delicious. Naveen as a chef was great in their service. 
If you are looking for great stay at a beautiful location with best food you should surely go for Serenity Resort.
