Budget hotel with business class experience... very near to us consulate... center of the city.. neat,clean and well furnished rooms.. Food was amazing..! Surley will recommend this hotel to my frnd and family...

Great hotel with great service

Iam lingeshwaran i stayed with my wife because our flight to madurai was on next day morning.We reached in the evening and checked out in the morning,could not stay here more than one night.There was no one to even recieve us in the reception,no welcome drink and the bathroom was smelling badly which was cleaned only after request.The room was ok,the breakfast could be better.Bad Smell in the room with mosquito singing around you . Room Service is very Poor.Will not recommend anybody.

I stayed here with my wife and Daughter for 2 nights in month of Aug for my visit to Tirupati Darshan. I checked in Hotel about 4.00 P.M. in evening. Hotel has 4 floors and you will not believe me that i stayed on each floor during my 2 nights stay at this property. When we checked in, we offered a room on second floor, where A.c. was not Working. When I asked to fixed an issue, i have been told that  there was a fire a while ago in Transformer located in Hotel premises hence rooms on 1st & 2nd floor A.c are not working. 

We have been given a room  on 3rd floor around 8 P.M. after getting back from Dinner outside and room offered was two single beds. we didn't made much argument and checked in that room as we had early morning trip to Tirupati. Around 12 midnight, while feeling Discomfort in sleep,  i turned on lights to see what actually is there, we found seven to eights big size bed bugs on our beds. i immediately rushed to reception and asked to change a room.

we shifted to room again on first floor ( two Single beds, A.c Not working as mentioned earlier) at 12.30 am mid night and stayed there. i could have easily checked out from this hotel next morning but we had planned Tirupati Darshan Early morning hence we were forced to Stay here.   

upon arriving from Tiruputi around 10 PM, we have been given a room on 4th floor as we requested a  room with A.C. but again it was a room with two single beds. but thankfully no bedbugs that night. it was horrible experience.Next morning we checked out at 8 a.m. without even awaiting for a breakfast and had own breakfast at Airport a while catching an afternoon flight from Chennai to back home.  

My request to all fellow travelers, Pl. avoid this property if you are travelling with family, rooms are very average and not maintained Properly, unprofessional Staff not good dinning restaurant even . Waste of Money. stay away.

To Sum up this place - Unfriendly Staff, Bad rooms, Horrible Food! Stayed here for a night and had enough.
AC DID not work, Staff tried to tell us it did! No proper hot water! Free breakfast was a joke! stale old food, Never never stay here

Unfriendly Staff, Bad rooms, Horrible Food!

Stay away from this hotel. Booked through MakeMyTrip as it is a three star hotel. Rooms stink. Blankets looks soiled. We checked in at night and didn't want to change the room with an argument. Parking available. But if multiple cars come in we would be stuck.
They do not accept Amex cards.
