Oneira service apartments was a home to us for a week, as our house was being renovated .As residents of the same colony,it was very convenient and a blessing to have such a luxurious apartment. We have been residents of the colony for past 18 years and as our colony was one of the worst affected by the recent Chennai floods, we were really in need for a place to stay. Oneira ,was a perfect home for us in December 2015. We like to thank the entire staff , led by Mr.Arun ,including Mr. Ram and Mr.Prem.Thankyou for your hospitality and excellent service which made our stay so comfortable. My parents to express their gratitude to you all. We would rate Oneira as one of the best luxury apartments in Chennai .

I have visited chennai two times in last two months and both the times i stayed in this hotel only. What I should say about this hotel. It is just like a home away home. The staff is very friendly and supportive, location is extremely peasefull and above all you will get home made food and the quality of food is extremely good. I would love to stay here again whenever I come chennai. Wish you all the very best onaira eleganza.

I live round the corner from Oneira Eleganze and the area is very safe. I walk every morning from 0500 t0 0530 and my wife follows suit from 0600 to 0630. There are always plenty of walkers including women, alone and in groups. My family has lived here for forty years and there has been the occasional burglary of an unoccupied house but no serious crime.

I have not stayed in Oneira but have visited while considering it as a place to put extra guests. I found the set up very well done. Each suite is a fully equipped 2 BHK apartment  and is ideal for a family stay.

Since it is a little off the main road, possession of a vehicle is a must for those wishing to move around, but with the advent of easily available taxi services this is no longer a serious drawback.

Official visit

The location is good for me, as it is close to my colleague's residence.
The rooms are well kept, unfortunately the bed linen was not fresh. Bathroom is very practical.
The room is part of the apartment where the staff walks in and out very frequently to the kitchen. There are 3 more apartments, they would be better.
The curtains in the drawing room needs a change, it is torn.
Television is on Tata sky, same as my home, its good.
Internet is free and hovers around 1 Mbps, good for my use.
Will try the 1st floor rooms next time if its available.

Good for a short stay

Will not recommend to anyone or will not stay there either. Water smells horrible. Awful stench in the whole place. Linens are dirty. A total waste of money and a definite no no for a place to stay. Staff are always missing in action and have no answers. Will never come back. That's for sure.
