No Elevator (Lift), unhygienic  very poor maintenance
Food acquired from tied up restaurant 
although  room sizes are large but due to poor maintenance you feel filthy.
hotel lounge is so small which is not acceptable

The map link given by you on SMS is wrong. Google map is not able to identify the property until you type Only 'Golden Tulipz'. I searched for Treebo at Marol, and i reached some other Treebo (Some 'Treebo Blue Mystic') at Saki Naka. I had to leave my Uber there since the driver got another ride. From there to reach the 'Right' Treebo, no taxi or Auto was ready to take me there as the road towards there bears heavy rush. I struggled a lot to reach the right place. 
Also, when I reached there, I was sweating heavily, Manager should have offered me a glass of water. 

Also, sensing that I am tired, he should have given me the nearest most room. He gave me the last most extreme corner room. From counter, it take about 200 Metres to walk down to the rooms. It is weirdly constructed hotel. 

Next day, I gave up my breakfast as there was only 1 option I.e. Paav Bhaji and Paavs kept were not looking hygienic at all. Plus the serving staff was quite unhygienic and had poor service sense. 

Overall, a not so good experience. And yes, rectify te name and location of hotel in your Map.


Avergae Stay, Not a pleasent one to remember for long

Well to be very clear and honest in one go, Treebo Trends Golden Tulipz stay really disappointmented me!

PS: The front desk and staff was very Helpful and provided everything that was requested.

But the reasons which actually made the stay awful were:

I thought of enjoying the stay during trip with my family but could not do it to maximum.

The property needs to work upon the cleanliness of floors, in-house kitchen.

There is no lift, so if you traveling with senior citizens, you are at risk. I faced the same. No lift, wet floors - as the centre area is open to rains and becomes messy when it rains.

Its a single storey property only - few rooms on ground floor and few on first floor only!

On one side of the building there is a school - that is fine. On the other side you can view a bunch of old rocks that is converted to garbage dump. So, dont try to look the other side of Hotel.

The first floor rooms were clean and tidy (That's a plus point), but the roof is covered with additional metro sheet for rain water (that's also a good thing) but when it rains, it is so noisy that you can't sleep even.

COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST - I never had such a Complimentary Breakfast every during my any stay in any hotels around the world.
For Day 1 the lavish COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST included POHA and Tea only.
For Day 2 the lavish COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST included IDLI and Tea only.
If this is the complimentary breakfast than one should go out and spend some 100-200 bucks and have something better.
The breakfast was even served in room only, so the area they show in pictures was not functional during my stay.

There is a kettle in the room for making water warm/boil, but for what? No tea/coffee arrangement. Not even an empty glass of drinking water! You have to ask everything from the desk every time.

It is deeply located inside the lane, so maximum cab drivers especially Tempo Travellers hitch to enter or they just ask for directions from you. More or less this can be ignored also.

ALL IN ALL - I found this Stay NO VALUE FOR MONEY. I could have booked a 2 star Hotel in the half the price instead.

Not Recommened for Families

The room service was good by every time needed to tell the service person same and same thing repeatedly. 
Also, the calling service was not quite good when called on the hotel personal number we called up 15-20 times from outside the city for some work at hotel but on one ever picked up.

Overall good experince

The stay was amazing. The room size appropriate. The breakfast was hot and tasty. The bed size and cleanliness upto the mark. The service and staff were commendable. Thank you so much for such a service

Overall experience was good. 
I expected that room will clean daily but that not happened. 
Location was very good. 
I don't like breakfast at all, bcoz I was expecting that at least 2-3 item will be there for breakfast but again disappointed...

Must visit

overpriced, old rooms. Horrible breakfast area, not so great employees.Small rooms, bad service.I was in a good room at first but they moved me out due to construction without prior notice, I had to do some really important stuff in the airport but they did not let me.

Bad staff, rat in room.

Need to improve the quality. There is restaurant in this hotel. Breakfast is horable. Daily  they are cleaning the room but they doesn't clean  the toilet and floor also. Intercom is not working properly.

Horable  breakfast  we stayed 4 days in this hotel they serve the same food and they put one type of food in buffet.
