Hotel Midtown Pritam

I had made a reservation at the Midtown Pritam for 3 nights using an online travel booking website. I inadvertently made a mistake and booked for 3 nights in March instead and prepaid the full amount for the booking. The mistake was realized when I tried to check in the required date ! Calling the online booking site turned out to be no help as they basically said “ no date change, no refund!”. That’s when Mr Jaywant of Hotel Midtown Priam who was the guest desk manager put on his Superman cape and started making calls to get the booking corrected. It took about ten minutes but he got it done without any additional charges or hassles. really appreciate his efforts ongoing the extra mile. The hotel rooms themselves seem to have been recently renovated and are very comfortable and adequate for solo travelers or couples. Location is amazing with lots of shopping/ dining options within walking distance. Mumbai is a city that never sleeps and yet the rooms, bed,mattresses and sound proofing was so amazing, I needed to set an alarm to wake up! This will definitely be my go to,place for future Mumbai visits
