Hotel Summer Hill

Lovely comfortable hotel. Loved being there and would go back again. Spacious bed room with amazing bathroom which has the sound from the tv channel on the TV in the room. Lovely shower and huge bath room. Cleaned every day. The food is amazing to suit every taste.

I don't know how's hotel. but staff was third class because I booked through agent (Vijay Diwan) and i paid Rs.2000 for advance booking. that was i transferred in his account unfortunately i can't gone there. after that we discuss and he said as per our hotel rules we can't give you refund but when you come again here we will deduct from total. When i go again he said we didn't booked your room in this hotel your booking was on another hotel and not there is no room available. I think it's worst hotel and it's agent also third class

Worst Hotel and Agent (Vijay Diwan)

This hotel is not upto the mark. Room service is almost nil. If you go in december you won't even get sufficient hot water. Hotel is away from main tourist place which is nakki lake, which means tourist have to walk a lot to reach to the market.  Tariff of the rooms is also high and is not value for money. Stay here if you don't get accommodation elsewhere in mount abu.

Not good

Dingy run down place with no upkeep or housekeeping. There are paan stains in the corners of the room. The washroom is like a public toilet with no maintenance. We chose not to use it for fear of infections. They dont even provide towels or soap. All this and yet overpriced.
