Whole property is beautiful and aesthetic, with great location,
Staff is very cooperative especially jitendra from front desk and really well behaved and lovely Dhruvi and Jasodha @restaurant. Both are very talkative and guiding about different places of tourism nearby,
They also coordinated different cousines for us during the stay,
Rooms are cosy and swimming pool is good
Overall a lovely stay 

Beautiful Resort,
If you looking property in Mt Abu You had very very less option in terms of service and location.
This is one of the best property in Mt Abu in terms of service,location and ambience.
Staff is very cooperative n supportive . They maintained rooms and  property with excellant natural resources.

Recommend to all my friends. 

The catering manager Mr Abhay was excellent and addressed all our requirements, very friendly and we were very happy with his service. His team Poornima, Jashods & Gaurav also gave excellant service. The food was good and thus your chefs were good.

The resort does not cater to senior citizens needs, there are no railings and rooms alloted to us was 1st and 2nd floor. There was no tour guide of the resort and the reception staff were not at friendly. 

We brought to the notice of the reception manager and sales staff, but not much effort were made in this area. The place had a huge footfall of senior citizens and thus their special needs have to be addressed.

Sterling Mount Abu has been one of the best hotels that we have stayed at Mt Abu. This was our third trip to Abu and Sterling made it one of the most memorable one. 
1. Location - Situated at height, it provides beautiful views of forests 2. The staff was very courteous and helpful which made our stay amazing 3. The property was very well maintained, very spacious and has been developed in a way to make you feel the thrill of discovery at every turn. Here there is a small pond full of fish backed up beautiful sculptors of gods, just round the corner climbing upstairs a beautiful swimming pool with crystal clear water open to skies 4. Food and Buffet - Sterling staff truely believes that way to man's heart is through his stomach. The food was scrumptious and very fulfilling. The staff was ever so attentive. 
Overall, I would like to thank Gaurav (restaurant manager) and Mr Gajendra (Manager on Duty) for a wonderful and everlasting experience at Sterling.

Amazing place to stay at Mt Abu. The rooms are cosy with a lovely and spacious balcony. The food menu is good. The service is amazing. Since the entry bridge is under construction, up and down car service is being provided which takes you to the main gate.

Excellent hospitality, value for money . The service was good, the location was good. The food was also good. I think everything was best in Mount . We really had good experience.

Recommendation for my friends.

Its a beautiful property, probably the best in mt. abu. Rooms are decent for pricing, has a great balcony but we were expecting room first floor with a view as seen in photos but got ground one of which balcony has trees in front so the view was a little poor but overall decent ambience. I visited in march so it was less crowded. Activities include only table tennis, bats are worn off not the best experience but ok. Pool is situated at a beautiful location although couldn't use it. Check in was a hassle as we waited for 1 hour from 12 pm check in time as we already had confirmed check in time one day before. Restaurant food is ok not the best but is costly. Room service is good. Staff is well trained and we were treated with good care. All in all a decent stay.As a couple it was refreshing experience from our daily lives.

Very cordial behaviour of everyone.
Most important they can manage everything that makes your stay/trip beautiful and rememberable.
Ambience of the resort was Cheery on the Cake..

Beautiful Resort

Stayed in Mount Abu from 28th Feb 2023 to 3rd March 2023.

Sterling resort has a beautiful location the rooms are spacious and well furnished the staff is courteous and efficient buffet breakfast is reasonably priced and has a lot of variety chef Dwarika is a great chef has been in the resort for a long time was there when I visited earlier in 2019 the restaurant team is courteous and efficient house keeping staff responds immediately the view from the balcony of our room was breathtaking transport is available for sightseeing for ₹250/- one can get a drop to nakki lake or sunset point and pick up is also provided by paying ₹250/- for pick up

Memorable Trip at Sterling Mount Abu

It's good mountain resort. Reception area with best view of valley mountain and city.

Room with very large balcony i like the most. Seat in the balcony with hot tea/coffee  and enjoy the scenery is the best activity.

You can hire bicycle for city ride from resort.

Swimming pool on hummock is having beautiful view of mountain. Not big in size but good.

Food served in breakfast was very delicious.

Bathroom and dressing area are some uncomfortable.

Our stay in sterling mount abu was very good ,resort also very specious and entire staff was very cooperative along with reception and room service and restaurent ,specially mention mantu .I am the member of sterling more then 30 year

Mr.Nihal, took special care and offered us hot food.
Mr.Rahul at the reception area was helpful and changed our room, as per our request.
