We group of 4-5 friends travelling to Goa happened to find this hotel, 
good ambiance, reception was better, rooms were clean and tidy,
room service was pretty good, pool is clean, 
breakfast was served on time and was amazing, the food is tasty would like to advice to try local goan food, 

Overall the stay was good and relaxing, would surely visit again. 


Not Very popular part of goa for Indians, but very famous with Russians. Nice Small a place to relax. Cozy pool to dip and relax with a pint of beer. Rooms are spacious, needs little more facilities & amenities.

Value for money hotel, situated just opp the Morjim beach. Average Breakfast, Plenty of options for lunch & dinners on the beach. Situated north of goa, easy access to Places like Vagator, Baga, Calangute. The best place to dine outside the hotel is Bora Bora, you must have your own transportation as it can get expensive to rent a bike or car during the peak period.

Budget hotel for group of friends!!

Overall Good Place to relax away from daily busy life !!

first dont book through agoda.com this hotel since I paid 40% extra for the room and the hotel manager told me next time call us directly and will give you a better rate. it is not a big resort and the facilities are not that many but ask for the newer rooms. their swimming pool is good and the breakfast spread decent. just be prepared for too many foriegn tourists for company. the rooms are airy, have sit-outs and are decently furnished. their toiletries are of good quality and they give you free wi-fi and a bottle of mineral water for each night of stay. had to attend a event at marbela beach resort nearby and the person was kind enough to drop me in their bikes twice. used their help to book a taxi to panjim and the drop back to the airport and got a competitive price. remeber it is difficutl to find this place and this is different from the morjim beach resort. there are a lot of restaurants nearby and the liquor is not pricey either.

I stayed here 1 night. The rooms are a good standard - however the hotel currently backs onto a building site, the pool was green and un-usable when I was there and the breakfast was poor.
when I arrived and eft there was no one on reception - someone from the local shop had to go and find them for me.
