An excellent hotel for any travelers. The Hotel is situated in the highway. Enough space for parking, best hospitality even after Corona situation, very clean and neat. Ashwanth one of the staff from front office was extremely kind and guided us the exact location to visit.  It would have been little difficult but he was kind enough to guide us rightly. If you are looking for the stay in Kannur, go for it. Little away from the city though but calm and peaceful.  The interior of the hotel shows the ethnicity of the City

I had stayed in Room #103 while in Quarantine when returned from Dubai. The wonderful greenery around and the abundant monsoon shower fall (Which I used to miss in Dubai ) gave me a heavenly experience during my stay !. Something to be specially mentioned is the wonderful and warmth service extended by its management and staff, to be more specific: Soumya, Kiran, Yaswanth & Raji, despite a Govt. Undertaking! Though the menu was fixed, they provided whatever I wanted including the unforgettable " Nathali Fry " !! The only negative is that the bathroom and sanitary fittings are age-old and need to be changed. I will stay again if I get another chance mainly due to the Cordial Staff, The dreamy ambience and of course the mouthwatering and authentic Kerala Cuisine!

It was a reeally nice experience. 
The care they gave to us during the quarantine days is really appreciable. The rate was also in limit. 
The breakfast,  lunch, tea and dinner was really up-to the expectation. 
The room consists of TV Ac hot water facilities etc. 
Even during the current situation of corona,  when my Ac was not working,  they managed to make it ready.

A facility worth visiting which is close to the snake park. The very famous Muthappan temple is also closer. Anyone visiting Kannur University and nearby can avail this facility. Courteous staff and good food. Ample space for car parking.

Room and bathroom were neat and tidy.electrical applainces were fine.Food was tasty and was given on time.vast parking space. Calm and quiet atmosphere ..Good service and staffs were kind and freindly .The negative point is, they informed that there will be high speed wifi connection but when we checked it, it was very poor.

Good place to be during quarantine , timely food and room service. A/C had some issues early days of my stay , very noisy and was interfering with meeting calls 
Later during the stay, the air conditioner started working normal

I had stayed for a night.. Very neat and well maintained rooms. Clean toilets. Huge parking space.. The surrounding area is very pleasant with trees planted..the restaurant services are also good. The food preparation is also very good. The staff is Co operative. It's right on the highway before kannur city so there's a very peaceful and hustle free atmosphere..

One week quarantine stay

Wonderful Stay for those who prefer a Budget Hotel with a heavenly ambience !

A very calm place. Not super luxurious. Staff too is good. Got my room changed for an air conditioner cooling issue without any hesitation. Accessibility is yet another positive. I saw different prices in different websites ranging from 1.5k to 4.5k. Not recommended if the price is above some 1.7k. 
Room was very normal but wasn't bad, the bathroom too isn't equipped other than a water heater, but does not really bother for it was clean and maintained.

Decent stay for the price

I stayed here with my extended family to attend a wedding near Thaliparambu. It's a descent hotel with necessary amenities - have A/C rooms and connected restaurant which serves typical Kerala cuisine. They have well cleaned rooms and cleaned bathrooms. Apart from that, there isn't anything. Neither the rooms or the bathrooms are well maintained. The A/C sounds like a Diesel engine. All set and done, for the price and place it's a "OK" hotel to stay. 

Descent Hotel

Tamarind can be called as a budget hotel. The property is right on the highway and has lots of parking. Staff helpful and friendly. It is amid lots of trees and looks pleasant.
The property is showing its age through the furniture and fixtures, but are kept neat.
Restaurant is average. Its time for a face-lift.
