Literally nothing good to mention about this place. There are many other better hotels in this area. The bathroom door was not even closing. The switch boards were broken and we had to be careful while using the switches. The service cannot be worse. Unfortunately, hadn’t read the reviews online before moving in to this hotel. 
Moved to a nearby hotel the very next day.

Unkept hotel, unprofessional service

I happen to stay in this hotel for two days. The time has come or so to say that it is high time to refurbish the rooms. The attraction is 24 hrs checkout time. Usually we arrive in the morning. In other hotels 12 noon will be checkout time.

One of the worst hotel stay experiences I ever had.

Check-in process was clumsy and no clarity much on parking space (although yes you do get parking space by night)

No phone in room so If you get a room on 3rd floor imagine your condition if you want room service

Indifferent attitude of staff. Not bothered to help out or serve. I went up and down 4-5 times to call staff(as I said no phone in room) for some help and even before you are done explaining him he would be on his way back and at most times won't return to cater as per your request.

Unclean linen, blankets. Bugs in bed/blanket dunno which but Got bitten by bugs on my neck and shoulders.

One of the worst breakfast you would expect to have as a part of your stay plan (included one cold Mangalore bun and a pathetic Medu Vada with very average Sambar)

Booked it in ₹1500 from MMT. After complaint got 50% refund but still felt that I overpaid for this s*** place

Smoke & filthy smell from adjacent rooms and had a worst experience. Not for couples or family .Rooms are in poor shape and most of them like TV, AC will not work. Tiny room which will not allow you to move anywhere. Pathetic room service and poor place to stay with the only restaurant having a bar like atmosphere. No Hygiene

• One of the worst hotels that I’ve stayed in my life .

• Despite of reading the reviews I’ve opted this one because all the other hotels had check-in at 12 , this one had flexible check-in .

• Since it was an unexpected trip,  I’ve not booked a room in advance & it dented my pocket ₹1200/- for a NON-AC double room.

• Look from outside gives us a decent impression however, once you enter the room you get shock to see the room in a dilapidated state.

• All small details like soap , Towel were given .

• No bolts for bathroom doors outside and the bathrooms were little bit ok with few cockroaches.

• Asian DTH was not working properly.

• Had an Issue with the fan too . We can hear sounds from the fan & you can’t change the regulator speed.

• And here comes the worst scenario , there was a power cut  in the midnight when I was in deep sleep and got up suffocating and called the desk . After 10 mins all was set.

• Smoke & filthy smell from adjacent rooms added more salt in the wound .

• There was a Restaurant in the 3rd floor which I’ve not tasted.

Please never ever book a room .


Worst Hotel

Accommodation  and room service is very good .

Only disappointment is free break fast which is  not buffet.
They serve in the room and only local  food items are available
you will not get western break fast. It was a good experience  to learn the local Karnataka dishes and its names.
