Hotel Brigade Royal

stayed overnight with family enroute to Goa, was given a family room & the room was really nice & big!. It had a full view of the south side of the city with railway station & the sea to boot. Staff was co-operative, there were a few minor issues but everything was resolved.Have one problem though, their entire staff(room-service) only seem to get p by 7.30 in the morning, I had a 8.15 train to catch & hence requested if I could have anything at am but I couldn't even get a coffee forget breakfast.

Good Room!

I, like you was gullible enough to be mislead by the photos of the rooms they've uploaded here, which is a family heirloom passed down by the previous management 'Nalapad Residency' to the current dystopia run by 'Brigade Royal'. It might look like they've got their act together,but the reality that unfolded before me as I entered was direr than grim. 

I was assigned to a room that hadn't been tended to by the housekeeping, with waste still rotting away in the bin and stuff lying around. 

The room reeked with Pigeon droppings that was dripping down from the floor above mine through a gap in the window sill compartment that should've been sealed. There were feathers, dust and a whole lot of faecal matter just lying about near the window. This dripping down, meant that sound would pass through as well...need I go deeper? 

There was a sewage drain pipe that'd been leaking through the wall resulting in moulding and scalding of the wall and the plaster, along with a pungent fungal odour from the area. The proximity of the bed to this area was alarmingly disturbing, given the surety of exposure and inhalation of fungal spores. If it is of any closure, KMC Mangalore is just across the location.

The sanitation of the washroom had me prefer the Lavatories onboard the IRCTC Sleeper coaches. The water flowing out from the taps were yellow in colour.

There were stains on the sheets of what was a stone hard mattress. Ideal for Sciatica. The sheets smelled old and hadn't seen the likes of a detergent since the time of sages. 

Spider Webs. 

There was a TV with no cable service. When asked why their response was to connect an USB to it. 

Promised WiFi, No WiFi. 

Lights switched off in the corridors to save bill. 

What was even more appalling was the complete absence of remorse and shame among the lackadaisical bunch of freaks working as the staff there. Due to time and logistical constraints, I decided to venture through the uncharted waters of staying overnight in such a Rip-off after poking around for a refund of a couple hundred bucks.

The theory of Lies and Negation:Pigeon drops. Fungal walls. No cable service or Wifi. Spider Webs. Stained sheets.

The staff serving food buffet was suffering from bad cold and fever. We asked him to take rest. Guess what, I caught viral after having that breakfast due to which we cut shorted our trip and even after coming back I have wasted my precious four working days so far and don't know the max count till now. 
Very bad service. I'm never going to risk like this. 
The hotel was looking bad, but we still went on due to our booking. We booked it because of availability of Drivezy bikes, now paying for it. I've never caught such a horrible viral disease since years. It's sad how staff is made to work. 
Plus the hotel is no doubt very dirty with dust everywhere. Rooms smell of cigarettes smoke. 
Please avoid this hotel. 

Caught viral after having breakfast

The rooms were pretty shady and not maintained at all. The false ceiling was falling off and so was the walls. The shower was broken and leaking. And it was way too pricey for the quality provided. Wouldn’t recommend at all. 



Pathetic rooms

One of the worst ever hotels i stayed, staff admin treatment is worst than slum, very very unhygenic rooms, old dilapidated building, and worst they loot money and cheated me, pls do not stay in this hotel,

Horrible

We had the horrifying experience in this place!!! First of all the rooms had cockroaches all over the place , floor , the bed ,was even scared to sleep. The pillow covers were dirty and they also charged us for their dirty towels!! Decent food but no sensitivity towards time.



Really bad so called hotel

This hotel charged 30% extra for early checkin but denied complementary Breakfast.My family had to eat out finally.Stupid policy of 12 o clock checkin.The staff serving food are not customer service oriented.
