Very Good Service by Mr Anup Singh from Banquet Dept. My team was very happy during last 3 days visit . If will get chance again we will visit the Hotel .
Mr Anup and team has a very Good Way of servcing the customers , his team behaviour is vry nice and appreciative.

It was a very nice experience the staff is experienced and they are very welcoming the food is very tasty nd hygienic .. exclent service but your hotel is not neet nd clear you should clear your washrooms❣️Anup Singh

The conference organised in Welcome hotel ITC is very nice. The management and hospitality is excellent. The quality of food is nice. The services provided by Mr. Shadab and Sonu is very nice

This Welcome Hotel at Dwarka is a very good hotel with good ambiance.Food quality is also Polite behaviour and good services by all the staffs,specially to meme Mr Anup Singh.We were into a MDP program.

Great stay and Great service. Amazing breakfast with wide variety of cusines. Mr Surender's assistance was amazing during the checkout process. I would recommend this everyone who is looking for an amazing stay in Delhi near the airport.

The all over experience was really amazing we enjoyed alot we were four and we enjoyed in the swimming pool one of my sister forgot his mask in the pool the engineering team and also miss Samiksha helped us thanks welcom for this welcoming

Stayed there for 13 nights and the stay was very good. Complimentary breakfast was above par. Totally justified with the price. Good place for accommodation. Recommended for family stay, gettogether, family functions etc. Room service was timely done and good. Arshpreet from front office was very helpful. Totally satisfied with the overall experience

Excellent stay and food

We stayed in ITC Welcome Hotel Dwarka from 22 April to 25 April. Though crowded due to wedding season I found staff was very courteous despite of work pressure. Rooms were beat and clean B’fast was big spread catering for each taste buds. Call Center at the hotel was very proactive. Action was prompt to complaint/ Request. Kalpna yadav was of great help . I would like to make a special mention of Santosh at Room service on 11th floor and Nikhil at the Reception who took extra care to make our stay comfortable. Would love to recommend to friends and will come again.

Without even having second thoughts about ITC Welcome Hotel we had an amazing experience as always with every bits and pieces ready then and there at the ITC Welcome property. And for that we need people of ITC Welcome family to get us know, experience and expose better about the wonderful beauty and service that property has. One of the Welcome ITC Family which we happen to get in touch with, was Ms. MAYA (Guest Relation Executive) who helped us in every best possible way as she can and had given us the exact overview of the property and every information we required about our reservation in a professional way as always. She even helped us through reservations as always causing us no hassle and we as guests were able to be comfortable with the check in process. Guests like us will surely admire people like her. Since she is very well able to cater the needs that guests has without causing any sort of delays.

We loved the property, the food, the ambience and obviously the people of ITC Welcome, With special mention of Ms.Maya (Guest Relation Executive) who made us experience ITC  Welcome in a better way. Really Appreciate her dedication and determination.

Also wanted to thank the housekeeping staffs who cleaned the room completely and made sure the room looks perfectly clean and tidyy. Loved their service too.

Overall experience of ITC Welcome went so good that we would be so eagerly waiting for our next visit soon as always.

Incredible Experience at ITC Welcome Hotel. 

Mr simranjeet singh the desk manager was very kind and helpful in every matter. As i need a room with bathtub as of some medical conditions.  He tried his best and arranged thanks a lot dear. Love the whole staff who made our day beautiful. I personally found that itc hotels are best in terms of hospitality.
