I have recently stayed in Relook Hotel, New Digha with my family(from 22nd December to 26th December'19). I have booked for 3 nights. Rajivbabu, manager of hotel was helped me a lot. He has booked an executive room with discount@3736/- including complementary breakfast. The reception desk staffs are very cooperative and honest.The room and room space with all amenities are well maintained and room service, housekeeping staff are very polite. good behavior. The food quantity and taste were awesome. There were different types of food items in breakfast. I booked my return ticket on 25.12.2019. But for good service and good ambience I have extended one day. Mr. Himangshu, one of the frontdesk staff was helped a lot. They immediately arranged a room that was president room. The sea beach was also nearest of this hotel. It takes hardly 2-3 minutes. 
My family was also very pleased staying at this hotel. Moreover if I visit again in Digha I definitely book this hotel.

As staying outside from county I was quite cautious to find a good hotel for my Family. I booked this hotel for 3 nights over phone and Himanshu help me lots to get it done. It was great stay for my family as all staff behaviors are really appreciable. The best thing are good service, clean and see beach is very near to hotel. Next time I will defiantly visit the hotel again.

Excellent stay in digha very economical food and service is very good.All staf are very courteous and location is also very good.Very bear to beach 2 minutes walk from beach.Only think hotel is missing is swimming pool.

We visited digha on 15th August 2020 when the whole world was scared to go out because of the pandemic situation. We did not pre book our stay and went hotel hunting.  We reached Rajeet after seeing 4-5 hotels. And liked it instantly.  They had opened the hotel just a day ago and was not in 100% running condition. The lift was not working..the dining room was not ready.  But the look of the rooms..the behavior of the staff..and the lucrative rate that we got compelled us to stay here.
 We took the prince room which was huge and had well furnished. The lift started working in the evening and even though their kitchen was not functioning they got the boarders food from outside.  Food was ok and of a decent amount. 
Location of the hotel is good. Service is good too. I actually don't remember any cons to point out. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.. Thank you Rajeet for unlocking our lives.

I have booked room no 3 from 05/09/19 to 08/09/19. This was my 3rd stay in the same hotel. Earlier it was known as hotel rajeet but this time name change, now known as hotel relook. Well nice name and it has changed their approach towards customer. So a big 👍to their new name.
Pros:-
1. Distance from beach- 3 min walking
2. Break-fast- nice.... lots of choices....employees are co-ordial and friendly....help you to choose your breakfast...
3. Ambience- excellent in the resraurant......
4.Check in & check-out- very easy...they improved a lot in this region. last time it took 45 min in check in and about 45 min in check out. this time they took 10 min in both check in and check out. so 👍👍
5. Restaurant- some food are delicious specially paneer butter masala...lots of choices for non-veg people. A little bit costly but no problem.
6.Room- standard AC room (Rs 1512 incld gst/day)nice.....bathroom clean but some tiles in bathroom are broken.
7. House-keeping- champions( real asset of the hotel)... for them 💕💕💕💕👍👍👍
Cons:-
1.Phone- phone in the room are out of service maximum time.
2. coffee shop and hookaa bar- no comment because tried once but they fail to deliver in time.
3. Television- CRT type.....time change guys.....replace it 

over all it will give 4 star out of 5 
if i visit dighs again , i will stay in the same hotel.



Booked this hotel before reaching Digha by calling them over phone and making payment through bank. Visited with family and my little munchkin who is 1.5 years. Was not that satisfied with the rooms as I was expecting a bit better for the price I paid. However, the hotel staff's behaviour, their services and food they serve, it was all compensated. The reason I felt great was because they had baby food and they modified it as per my instructions so that I could feed it to the baby easily, and not to mention the food tasted great. I went for Deluxe Rooms but it is recommended to book executive rooms as i didn't liked it much. However all in all it's a good hotel.

We chose to stay at Hotel Rajeet at New Digha. It is in close proximity to the sea beach. The location is good but the hotel is not sea facing. So sea can't be viewed from any room. However the beach is a mere 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel.
Ours was a super deluxe room. The room was good, it was spacious & tidy, but to my opinion it needs a touch up of fresh paint. Otherwise it is Ok. We received an offer of paying tariff for 2 nights only for a stay of 3 nights which made our stay quite economic.
The staff are well-behaved & the service is prompt, be it house keeping or room service. Mr Rajiv Kashyap, the manager is extremely guest friendly & is always there at your need.
Food served at the restaurant is quite tasty, availabilty of variety of sea food being an attraction. The rates are also reasonable. A restaurant staff named Jeevan took great care of us. Buffet breakfast was also reasonably good.

Overall our stay was comfortable & it was value for money.

I stayed here in the month of June, 2019 with my family. Good hotel, beautiful food and  complimentary breakfast, staff are  very good and cooperating. But couldn't sleep due to  midnight loud music and noise in the rooftop hall in the property. The sound was in  terribly high pitch.  Authority should consider that some people visit the spot for rest and peace. Otherwise, I highly  recommend the hotel.

I checked in Hotel Relook on 19th Dec 2022 in Prince Room with my family for 4 nights. Firstly the room was spacious and cleaned, but unfortunately all the furniture are not in good condition. On the first night I found that the sofa was broken any how it was resolved the next day by changing the room. over all I will say the rooms are spacious and clean.

Secondly, people like me go to Digha for relaxation and to have good sea food. But to my surprise the choice of seafood was very limited. And one more thing there was no complimentary Tea or coffee. The area was very crowded as i think it was the road linking to the beach.

Overall I would like to say its a good place to stay with limited options of Sea food the services was very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service was available for 24 Hrs. 

Good Hotel to Stay

I had very good feeling about this hotel when my family visited 2019 and that time I have booked this hotel from outside of India. So in March 2022 I decided to visit this hotel by myself with my Family again but I became very upset. There are few points I felt has degrade compare with the first trip. 
1. No welcome but instead of that the reception straight say no when asked for room for my driver. It seems very rude.
2. Super Deluxe room, is not as large as I thought, Carpet was dirty, Whole floor was wet, Commode washer hanger  was broken. Bathroom switch was broken and it seems very dangerous. Bathroom hand-shower was quite dirty.  
3. Behavior of Restaurant reception was extremely rude.
4. I have canceled the trip in middle because my wife felt sick due to food but Hotel did not consider that and charged full for next two days also as booked. Even Driver room also charged without any consideration which looks like they give important on Money rather than customer satisfaction.
5. The room phone was damaged but they changed it later.

I personally feel not to visit if they continue this kind of hospitality but if I found they improved those parts then I will.
