- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion. - The property strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds. - Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families. - We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in. - Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus. - The property believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services. - Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property. - Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per the property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same. - Right to admission reserved. - NOTE: The property is not accessible directly through your own private vehicle. You are required to walk 100m before reaching the property. Those coming by their own vehicle can park at the designated public government parking in the Vashisht town centre near the temple.
From Manali bus stop: take an auto INR 150 or taxi INR 500 to Zostel Manali (Vashisht) (3 kilometers)
By Car/Taxi:Cross the Manali bus depot and drive towards Vashisht Temple. Park your vehicle at Shiva Parking in Vashisht. The hostel is a 100 meters walk from here.
From Chandigarh Railway Station: 315 kilometers, 9 hours, ~INR 5000 for a taxi to Zostel Manali (Vashisht).Alternately, board a bus to Manali and follow the directions mentioned above.
From Kullu Airport: 54 kilometers, 1.5 hours, ~INR 2500 for a cab to Zostel Manali (Vashisht).Alternately, board a bus to Manali and follow the directions mentioned above.
Please Note: Reaching the hostel requires guest to walk for 200 meters.
