In a city like Solapur which is not a regular tourist place, this is the finest option one can find, the location is within the city itself, accessing it is not that difficult, google map can easily trace it, parking place is adequate, reception area is cool and huge, rooms are well maintained and quite comfortable, we got the city view rooms that offered good sunset due to high rise rooms, restaurant is nice, good food options, complementary breakfast has good enough choices, overall a pleasant stay..

Excellent Stay Option In Solapur

Once Upton a time this property was the best in the city, but this hotel now is very very dated. If you wanna dine here you'll have to travel back to late 90s. The cutlery, the table ware. Everything is that old. I used to come here when I was a kid with my parents. It's so sad to see such a beautiful property trashed.

Location of this hotel is good and access way to Car parking is nice. Reception lobby is big and looks good. Rooms need to be renovated as the wood work and toilet fittings are aged. Hot water was not working in the bathroom. Food taste was average. Its a good property but lacks an upgrade badly.

Needs renovation

This has all the trappings of a hotel that has had its best times behind it. Clearly out of depth in modern times.  Everything from AC to shower pressure is under stress. It is in dire need of moderisation and renovation. Avoid until that is done.

Once Upon a time story

Its a horrible place dont know how many complaints to put down 
we have left Mumbai at 04:30 AM to reach Solapur by Afternoon and we Managed that but after reaching the ordeal started it was me my husband my daughter 6 years and father In law 70 years 
1. we Check in into hotel its 43 Degrees outside temp the AC not working properly we gave a complaint nobody came up and we didnt have time to follow up later as had to leave for Akkalkot Immediately 
2. Booking done for 03 Adults and paid Accordingly toiletries , towels provided as per single occupancy 
3.we checked in at around 2 - 3:30 we left for Akkalkot returned back at 0900 to the hotel had a very tiring and heavy day now comes pack of surprises 

Surprise 1 : OUR VEHICLE WAS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOTEL Inspite of we being the resident Guest , Reason : THEY HAD A PARTY GOING ON OF SOME LOCAL MINISTER SO THE OTHER GUESTS WERE NOT IMPORTANT 
AFTER FIGHTING WITH THE SECURITY WE WENT INSIDE THE HOTEL PREMISES 

SURPRISE 2 : WE ENTER THE LOBBY INSTEAD OF LISTENING TO US MR .KHIZER WAS BUSY ATTENDING TO HIS CALLS AND ATTENDING HIS GUEST FROM THE PARTY 
WE WERE IN THE LOBBY FOR 45 MIN MY DAUGHTER TERRIFIED AND MY FATHER IN LAW HAVING HIGH BP 
HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL US THAT IT HAPPENS WHY ARE WE REACTING LIKE THIS 
in so many years staying in various hotels in various destinations this is the first time when inspite of hoteliers mistake they are speaking in arrogance 

when he was unable to handle he called his fellow colleague to speak to us , that particular time we again had the hotel bell boy going to my husband and telling him to take out our car  , i mean what kinda people are these we are fighting with the hotel for our rightful right and they are busy catering to the Party guest 
and yes if that was the intention please do not take booking for resident guests and harass them 

SURPRISE 3 : They come up with a wonderful solution , they tell us that right now park on road let the party get over we will call you then you come back and park your car in the Hotel premises 
when we asked what time would the party get over they said you should know what time parties go on till .. i mean really ??? they didnt have any humanity whatsoever 

we were Extremely exhausted and asked him to let us speak to Mr. Rakesh Sanghvi his boss but he denied to connect it to him and also didnt share his number saying that we have resolved your problem why should you bother our boss 

tried a couple of times to ask him the number or to connect but in Vain then we gave up and went to our room parking the vehicle at the side of the lobby are wherein there is no hinderance to other guests 

we finally gave up as we realised that we are talking to bunch of idiots who are not ready to serve their resident guest , went to our room and called for water 

Surprise Surpise : we were denied water saying that we have to pay for the same 

we then went out got water and went off to sleep 

next day we went for our breakfast it was a pathetic spread coudlnt eat so ate bread butter and walked off, did our Check out  and had breakfast outside 

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL .. BEWARE
