As a hotel very good, doesn't seem myself to be out of town, convenience is at its highest. The food is really good and tasty. Rooms are awesome. The hospitality and service is outstanding. My visit to Pune seems to be more sorted with this kind of availability within my budget.

The location of property is in Shivaji Nagar behind famous Ferg.College and other Study circles  , market etc. Property and restaurant  need maintenance and up gradation. Effect of Covid is visible. Font desk staff need to be more friendly. Otherwise o.k. for a night stay.

Very nice hotel located in prime location near Ferguson College. Most of good restaurants nearby like pizza hut, burger King. However one thing was missing. No hot water in bathroom. Rest all the amenities were there. Also have a good restaurant within the hotel. A bit overpriced. Thali rate was ok.

One of the finest hotels in Pune, worth staying there for short trips at affordable price.

Good location but need improvements

Good stay

Room: i stayed in twin bedded room. Room was good, clean with enough sockets for chargers
Location: location is great- at the heart of FC road
Restaurant: good food - a bit overpriced

Room Service: IT'S A BIG NO NO HERE. 
- you order something they wont deliver to room, then they used to blame their other department. 
- in 3 days and 2 night stay, nothing changed.
- we had elderly people with us who require hot water for drinking, we reached hotel at around 11.30 after a function and they said they are unable to provide hot water because - KITCHEN CLOSED. Didn't even provide a hot water kettle. we got it from  nearby restaurant at this late hours.

Average hotel with decent rooms and restaurant

While i was in pune to attend the sunburn last year and we couldnt find a good hotel in our budget because the rates are a bit high as it is the season and we had to settle for this one as it wasn't that great because most of the time the lift didnt work and we had to climb all the way to third floor after a long and tiring day. Didnt try any food so cant really say about that but because it is at FC Road, the hotel's got good connectivity to all other parts of the city and which can be a possitive aspect of staying here. Also the area has pretty good restaurants, be it Vaishali, Surves, or a bar thats just opposite Lakme Executive is pretty decent too.

Pathetic place. Receptionist was extremely rude. WiFi rarely worked. They accept only cash payments. Food was below average. Cannot follow basic instructions. I asked for egg white omellete twice. Still they made omellete with the yellow part. Please avoid at all costs. Reception people many times don't even pick up calls. Unreliable, by all means.

FabHotel Shivajinagar

Pros: good location, decent breakfast 
Cons: lift stopped functioining,rude front desk staff, no hot water.
Not worth the price. Wouldn’t opt for this again. My family was not pleased with their service
