Best experience -Booked from OYO

This hotel was good only because of it's location. It is just near statue of Maharashtra king. 

Staff was not helpful. There was a error of my booking. Never believe on that oyo. I had very bad experience before check in. Staff was telling contact oyo by your mobile. When I contact them they were keeping call on hold. More than 10 times I called. Different different people are answering call and they keep call on hold. All the time we had to describe our problem to everyone in that oyo call center. 

Better to stay in other hotel than facing lots of troubles in oyo hotels. 

And also this hotel is located at the 4 way junction. Always traffic is there and irritable vehicle noises.

Bad experience

Never stay oyo Hotel Pearl Opp. Balgandharva rangmandir. They does't allow your guest/relatives,even your daughter, son for just few minutes. Ask for extra person charge. We entered room found TV not working. Very small room, not as shown in picture.intercom unattended. Poor room service.Let see what happend till tomorow morning. Desided to change hotel in morning.

Don't do  rooms booking through the oyo who don't take the responsibility of about your booking and the money I'd booked the room through the oyo in this hotel they gave very me 10*10 single room and the toilet was attached with the bed when I denied to check in into that room they gave me another room which was entirely dirty verry bad smelly and the bed cushion were dirty when told boss i give me the good room or else return my payment I can't stay in this room I really don't like the rooms the guy from the hotel said we don't know anything go and ask oyo I called to oyo assistant they made me fool they put my call on hold for half hour and then disconnected no reply nothing.....at last I don't had any choice bcoz it was almost 10:30 pm there lady with me I had stayed there I got big lesson...that I trust on oyo please don't play with people life and money when put their room's pic on fb then they are saying that they Will take care about the future but they can't do anything now can't take any action can't check that who had talked with me that night saying that he is too manager he put my call on hold for half an hour but he didn't replyed though the call disconnected it was his job to call me back bcoz he was manager he should have some responsibility about the his customer 
So people this was my experience with oyo 
Please don't book the room through the oyo...

Oyo rooms 6429 hotel pearl pune

They say that this used to be a good place...once upon a time...but now...it is in a pathetic state...the rooms and bathrooms need major refurbishing, the staff is from a different era....the place seems to be stuck in the past...may be in the 1970s...rooms are not clean at all...
The old lady at the reception was very nice and cooperative...especially by Pune standards...but that is not enough to run the hotel! We checked out early and shifted to a better place...
