I've been to this hotel more than 3-4 times atleast, and i keep coming back. Main reason i went there first time was because of its distance from sai mandir, its hardly 2-3 mins walk from mandir with various shops and eating joints nearby. This is a budget hotel so don't expect anything fancy but staff is polite and courteous, take care of all your basic needs. if your motto for visiting shirdi is sai mandir visit and want peaceful place with basic amenities for comfortable stay, look no further. I've stayed with friends, family several times and never had any problem. Overall great budget hotel for visiting shirdi.
