Extremely clean & well kept.Caretaker Gopal & his wife krishna are wonderful people & extremely helpful. Mind blowing food right from breakfast to dinner prepared by both of them. BBQ was outstanding.

Very tasty food cooked by gopal (the caretaker) egg  parathas were mouth watering all facilities are there nice comfortable mattress in all the rooms beautiful valley Views. barbecue was amazing krishna was very helpful. all in all amazing stay would recommend the arowana villa to everyone.

Found this place from AirB&B and absolutely loved it. Extremely clean and well kept house. The caretaker Gopal is extremely helpful. The options for breakfast were good too. Great place for a BBQ with family and friends. Safe place for kids to play. 

We 3 families  stayed at Arowana Panchgani between 21st and 23rd april ... Its really a great place ... the seat out is quite big ... The view of the valley and back waters of Dhom dharan is just awesome.. the interior is quite clean and neat ... The dining place and bedrooms offer large wall length  panaromic windows that offer beautiful valley view too.. 

The support staff and care taker mr Gopal is very nice person ... he also cooks good ... The place is Mapro Garden about 3kms or so that is also a good eatout option ... Velocity amusement park is about 2kms and good attraction for kids ... And you can experience cheese making at Tue cheese factory ..

All in all a great weekend place with family and friends

Peaceful, relaxing, beautiful, cozy... I can't use enough adjectives to describe the Villa! The property is itself pretty huge and the villa is spacious. The rooms are kept neat and tidy.The villa is pretty secluded from the main town, making it quiet and peaceful. All the rooms have beautiful valley views, and an attached balcony. The villa is surrounded by picturesque views and silent valleys. A good cup of coffee amidst the lush green hills and magical views made me feel like I was in heaven! 

Complimentary breakfast was provided and I must say that the Aloo Parathas were sooo soft and yummmmm...! We were there for 3D/2Ns and one day, we decided to have even our lunch and dinner at the villa.(which is additionally chargeable depending on what is ordered) For dinner, we had live Barbeque and as the appetisers were on the grill, the spicy smells made our mouths water. The appetisers were followed by Biriyani and it was finger liking good! 

I give it 4 stars only because the extra beds provided were not very comfortable, as the mattress was made with cotton (not foam) and was uneven. And, the bathrooms could  be better maintained. 

The caretaker and the cook were very kind and helpful. The overall experience at the villa was wonderful! I totally recommend it.👍🏼

Amazing stay

Excellent Stay

I had done my booking for this villa in booking.com about a month prior to my intended stay.
Same was confirmed. About 10 days before arrival date I sent a request in respect of breakfast since I have a toddler.
Immediately I received  a request to cancel the booking from booking.com.
My family and me were traveling from Goa and some other relatives were coming from Mumbai.
The owner / caretaker was extremely rude on the phone and refused to acknowledge that I had done any reservation on booking.com.
He went on to tell me that he does not care about my booking and head already rented  the villa to someone else on the same dates for a higher price.
Please beware of this villa and billing confirmation... You may be left high and dry like I was...
Such people should not be in hospitality business.
