BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN

We booked a full bungalow of 6 rooms which was just a building with six different rooms. 
Rooms were good but lot of maintenance work is required. Like hot water service, drinking water, taps, shower, etc. needed repairing.
The area around is quite big but there is no such view from any room.
Service was terrible and disappointing as per the hotel rates.

Terrible service

Our two days stay was barely pleasant. The rooms promised were not provided, had to shift to separate rooms. A 5-bedded room has a single WC !! No hot water available. Quality of BF/ Lunch/ Dinner provided was good. The staff are courteous and prompt. The hills are visible from only few rooms.

pathetic hotel. No hygienic, no cleanliness. No one was helpful. The food is very bad. Die of hunger but don't eat here. Would never. recommend staying here to anyone, especially if you are with your family.
And one thing is that no one should ever book from Gobibo because no matter how much problem there is after making the payment first, the customer would leave it on his condition.

Pathetic hotel. (420 Pathetic hote)

Initially, when we arrived at the hotel, it was located on the way and looked nice, but, the bad experience that we had here changed our minds later. We booked a room for 5 adults and one child after paying all the charges, however, we got a room with a bed for 4 adults only. When we have asked them for extra bedding along with blanket the response of them is “Hotel is fully booked we don’t have any blanket we can only provide bed sheets for you. We have given order for some evening snacks but it arrived after 2 hour or so at our rooms when reminding them on 4 to 5 occasions and we have personally visited them to provide us something to eat but they told us every staff member are  on break for 1 hour for lunch this happens @7PM night. This is one such example of the poor service of the hotel staff.

The intercom facility was not working as well and we had to call the hotel from our mobile phones. The room was not cleaned daily and there were no house-keeping staff. Also, the staff number was very less as compared to the number of guests arriving at the hotel. Hot water was available only on request and the water was lukewarm. Water which is coming from hot tapes are having junks of steel and its dirty as well.  There was a swimming pool inside this hotel, but, it looks like they have not cleaned in Years very very dirty. Swings for children’s also never taken care of all of them are either torn apart or having RUST. The open-air restaurant was closed too, there was no cleaning as well. There is nothing to be liked in this hotel very bad experience. The food which we had in rooms comes and it's totally burnt, we have opted to go outside to have our dinner. In morning, we have breakfast complementary so we went to hotel so called cafeteria but pathetic thing is when they served IDLIS which are hard to eat looks like it’s a week old they have just served and above all we have found one insect in IDLI as well. So, we also don’t have any breakfast in morning as well. Then we have shown that one to manager who is sitting there but response from him as well. We have shown that picture of IDLI to Hotel manager and he had clicked that photo and gave us 20% discount on overall bill. He has done nothing.  Overall a very bad experience.

The rooms they have given to us is above Mosque, we don't even know why they have built a mosque in Hotel.
Never visit this Hotel just a waste of money

Terrible Stay at Mount Castle

i am living in a room and that lady yasmin telling plss change the room ihave booking off that room .i am living in that room how should she take booking off that room .i felt very dad i will never go in that hotel mount castle pachgani

no service at all .not talking prpoperly to coustamer 1lady yasmin not talking proprly to coustamer no games no baggage

We stayed for a night and promised never to come back again. In one of the rooms, the AC was leaking and the intercom wasn't working and hence had to get parents shifted to another room. The food serving area and restaurant was so dirty. The place was not very well maintained either.
