Our experience  during our stay was quite unpleasant.No  attendent available for any  kind of service. Behaviour of receptionist is indecent  and solely unprofessional. Poor upkeep of rooms , no restaurant facility makes stay uncomfortable. 

Unpleasant experience. Not advisable for friends to stay over here.

The hotel's amenities and property are in poor condition, and the staff is extremely unclean. White towels became grey, there was no trash can, the toilet was filthy, there was no traveler's plug, no ironing services, and most of the lights were not on. Front desk employees are prohibited from cancelling reservations since they repeatedly assert that doing so will result in a pay loss. Don't suggest this hotel in general.

Rooms rates are high but service is very poor. NO LED tv in any rooms. Only old type CRT tv in all rooms. Water problem in rooms. Reception lady is rude. Even water bottle 1 ltr is Rs.30. Manager Pratap does not respect customers.

Not acceptable service

Having dinner at the Supreme on the rooftop we decided to go eat at the Golden Park, the restaurant is delicious personally at the top wide selection of alcohol (rare in India) super apero while waiting for the train. While drinking a shot we can try an extra Tamil cuisine!!!

We are seniors. We stayed in the hotel on 11.1.2020 for a day.  Hotel is very decent. Bath room is very clean. We stayed in a deluxe room. Close to Meenakshi Amman Temple. Shopping area is nearby.  Next to the hotel is Chennai Shopping Mall. The hotel has no restaurant but the nearby (four or five buildings after the hotel) SABARISH HOTEL is a excellent restaurant with tasty and delicious tifins and meals. There is aslo a JIGAR THANDA (Madurai famous drink) outlet. Hotel has free wifi and they connected all my 3 mobile phones.

Hotel gives complementary breakfast and it is very tasty.  Our overall experience was very good. WE found tariff is very reasonable.  There is an auto stand nearby and you can go anywhere.  Madurai Railway Station is also closeby with 6 minutes drive in autorickshaw.

EXCELLENT HOTEL WITH DECENT SURROUNDINGS

Had a very good service at The golden Park,Madurai. The rooms are so clean and well organized. I felt at home while having my food there. It was awesome and I’m quite impressed.Moreovet it’s in the heart of the city and the travel time is less. So I had more time to relax and chill the place.

Worth every single penny

It was a pleasant stay with this hotel and we found the facility is worth for money. Very near to Temple. The Front Office Manager Mr.Suresh helped us for the route details to Rameshwaram. He speaks hindi. Over all nice stay.

Nice Service

I had a 3 days stay with my family we took 3 rooms, the compliment breakfast they provide is of worst quality, u have multiple good hotels within 2 mins walk. The parking is a nightmare, if you come late post 10 pm the gate will be closed and u need to call reception and dey will call security and I have witnessed all 3 days during my stay, the parking security will not work but demand for money wen u leave, tasmac(govt shop) u have inside the parking premises, no guarantee if ur car gets scratched. The big hell of the issue is u Don't have elevator near parking, u have to either walk underground and again climb up to the first floor, or u have to walk around the hotel. Room service is worst they won't turn up, u could smell **** and smoke smell in the lobby and washroom, rooms are good, but all 3 rooms we took had something broken but u could adjust inside but it will noisy out till 2 am and again noise starts 6 am. Not advisable for families. The hotel also has a bar attached in one of the floors in addition to the tasmac. If u check out early morning (until 7) u won't find any people to transfer ur luggage to reception or car. Do not order for morning coffee or tea, the worst I have tasted ever. U have sabari/ gowri/ couple of good shops in a 2 min walk. Hot water 6 am to 10 am( not piping hot). Earlier the room rent was 1 k , now they increased to 1600 with compliment (worst) breakfast.

Strictly not suitable for family

the only advantage is its near the temple and sabreez, the rooms are not clean, and service is horrible, we need to call them 10 times for water. they have complimentary breakfast which  ok, the glass tables and chairs are old look and not clean, toilets are horrible. worst experience as is stayed with my family. the car parking is next to the bar which is not suitable when you travel with families.

not suited for family

Nice big rooms . Neat and clean . Only thing is old model TVs instead of LCD ones . Otherwise it's worth the money spent . The breakfast buffet is good.  Staff is cordial . Amenities are good . The plus point is spacious rooms
