Rooms are huge and comfortable, if travelling with family and kids choose family room ,  very spacious and comfortable also hot water all over the day very comfortable for the cold weather in coorg, very comfortable matress.

the clean and very clean lenins are the best . the hotel has a big car parking space that is very plus point, I recommend this hotel. Management will even give you nice plan as per your time constraints. This place is located center of the city ,

Basic hotel

City Center place to stay

Rooms are spacious. We stayed in Executive Family room which has 2 Queen size beds. We stayed for 4 nights. None of the day we were offered a change of blankets or bed-sheets. Towels too were changed only when requested to.
Toilet and bathroom is one and spacious and was clean. Hot water is 24 hrs and showers and taps are in good condition. Again - no cleaning of toilet or bathroom in all 4 days.
No Restaurant!! You can ask for tea or coffee anytime. Food or Breakfast comes from a near by restaurant. You have a brochure of Dominoes in the room. You can order and the pizza comes to your room.
Staff is courteous and ready to help. However needs to be proactive. Take pride in being rated as one of the top on Trip Advisor - however they need to ensure that they keep their customers happy without being told to.
Approach to the hotel is very mucky in rains and you are guaranteed to spoil your footwear moving in and out.
Free Wifi is only in the lounge. No wifi or internet in the room.

Good place managed by amateurs

The intention here is to review the stay (rather lack of it) I had at Quip Stay ,Terrible is the worst rating available here,if there were to be another level I would have accorded them that.

Having said all these ,you might be wondering what is the reason for a terrible rating here,its because I had been checked in and then denied boarding after fleecing my money(which was eventually refunded).As I was traveling with my family I inquired with the hotel the previous day of stay about my booking,and they confirmed by booking there.I traveled from Bangalore on the day of boarding and reached there by noon,I checked in had some food and then the unprofessional hotel staff informs me that they confirm my booking in error and I had to leave.Since the hotel staff seemed like to go to any extent to get me out of there I choose to leave for home.This has been the worst experience ever for me that I had been asked to leave a hotel room for which I paid my hard earned money.

Now you might be thinking ,this is one of a case and the hotel cant be judged solely on a booking problem,wait there is more to it.The hotel looks like a run down place ,totally different from what pics cleartrip shows,with lots of shady looking characters, be sure of not booking this hotel if you are traveling with family,they don't even have curtains to cover windows,I am shocked to see such places listed in the booking sites
