Staff is very helpful  Specially Mr.Maaz,Anshika Asthana and A.P.Singh made our stay pleasant,these people have very good behavior Hotel location and ambience is also Decent,hotel food was full of quality and variety overall value of money

Maaz - have been amazing person 
overall , and the hospitality is amazing…!!! Food is yum. Also on my special reference they offered me balcony room too. Also  timely services are provided and hygiene is maintained. Make sure once visit is done.

We had a 4 day workshop at this hotel. The experience was awesome. The hotel food is mouthwatering. And the staff is very well behaved and helpful. I would specially like to mention two - Vijay and Maaz. Vijay was with us at the conference room for 3 days and his smiling behaviour made our workshop a much more warm and friendly. Maaz who is the reception desk, is an extremely helpful guy who walks the extra mile to make the guest feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

1. It was a very complicated stay. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. When I reported to the Reception Desk, without asking, they said that they will upgrade my accommodation. 
2. Even the staff came and saw us off into the room.  A particular mention of Miss Anshika. Very loving,  courteous and helpful.
3. We had breakfast,  delicious and sumptuous. 
Keep it up!

One of the best hotel to stay with comforts and utmost courtesies. Food is awesome. All staff members are excellently cooperative and supportive. Reception is hassle free. Hygiene  and cleanliness is of high order. I would like to visit again.

Prompt check-in and check-out; complimentary late check out. Good ambience, non-instrusive staff, prompt and efficient housekeeping, tasty and reasonably priced food, good breakfast spread, reasonable tariffs. What more can one want. Highly recommended. A bit of problem with sound-proofing though. Conversations in other rooms and in corridors can be easily heard. WIR? Yes.

Hotel facility is excellent, COVID time me bhut safety ke sath handle kiya humko and food was good, room service excellence, staff is very helpful, food buffet was awesome and buffet service excellent

My Rewiev for this hotel is Excellent. About their staff and Most important part of canteen..so is is very glad to feel happy. If i will geting the Chance to Come to the licknow then definitelyi would like to choose the Hotel Lineage just because the Room Facility and the floor decorated very neet and clean.Thank you..

I went there restorent Rase n shine with my frnd. It was a nice day when chef I forget his name may be Mr. Alam he coked kebab and Mutton biryani. Was really very very testy . Restorent person Mr. Atul and The girl Jyoti is very helpful. 
Over over meal was being extra tasteful bcoz of Mr. Atul. Nice to meeting with them. 
We want to come again

I stayed in this comfortable hotel for one day on my way to Ayodhya.  Except for the middle-aged female receptionist, everything was good , the food, service, etc.
She was rude right from the word go, forget talking with a smile ,she should first stop frowning .
When I complained that a couple entered my room ,when I was fast asleep ,and shouted, " yeha tho pahley se koi sooyah hai ". 
I reminded her that all reputed hotels send a staff member to show the guests their room ,why no one accompanied this guest . The receptionist did not even attempt to make an excuse, like hua tho hua ... 
She is probably the worst hotel staff I have ever encountered 

Comfortable and good food ,but spoiled by one very arrogant irresponsible ,rude receptionist

Its was Really Awesome

For a foodie from delhi, this place turned out to be a food haven. Everything my family and I had was exceptional, from pasta to sandwiches for kids to butter chicken and their speciality Chicken Kali Mirch which was the best I have ever had!! 

And if this wasn't enough, we were even upgraded to the junior suite for no charge as a one time exception and their very flexible attitude! The trip was a better one thanks to our stay here!!

checked in at a time when the demand was very high...it was during Def Expo 2020 that u checked in. Paid exorbitantly for 4 days stay ... nearly 4 times the normal rate. Hotel perse is good. Maintains an international demeanor..... i kind of liked it
Choice of food was decent. Equally popular with foreigners as well

Hotel that meets your expectations

After a long drive we arrived at the hotel for Lunch and everything was ready. First impression was not so good as the lobby area is not so attractive. We could wash and have lunch quickly. there is a good gift shop but things were pretty expensive. Quality of the stuff happen to be good. Meals were always hot and fresh. All traditional Indian food of the state. We loved the food. Rooms were not so attractive but tolerable. has to inform the help desk and they look in to everything. But appreciate more if a manager can assure the standards before giving the key to the guest.

Good location to visit Jethawana and other historical places.

On a business trip  to Lucknow, I stayed in this hotel for four nights during first week of November.  It is a good hotel in a decent location and the price we paid for the room is worth for what we got.  The room is spacious with a balcony (but the view is not so great as it shows buildings under construction).  There was an issue with hot water in the room, inspite of the maintenance person's visit twice to the room.  The breakfast is a good spread and tasted good.  The staff are courteous and willing to help.  A shopping mall is close to the hotel with good restaurants, movies etc.  Overall it was a good stay.
